Max is an Iranian-American stand-up comedian and actor. His stand-up comedy career began in 2002, and he has been a touring comic ever since.
Additionally, Max’s first major acting role was a two-episode stint on Heroes in 2006. He then starred in seven episodes of Mind of Mencia the following year. His other credits include Real Rob, Geo’s Pizza, and more.

How did Michelle Saniei and Max Amini meet?
Michelle met Max when he was one of her real estate clients. A mutual friend referred him to her for her luxury real estate expertise.
“A couple months ago, my girlfriend referred him as a client, and it’s been so organic and natural,” Michelle gushed. “I was, like, very professional, and I never date my clients or whatever. And so, it just, like, kind of happened. He made jokes, and I kind of made jokes. I’m like … who am I?”
When gushing over Max to her friends, Michelle described him as “the best comedian in the world,” adding, “He’s, like, a really famous Persian. He’s so funny.”
Are Michelle Saniei and Max Amini still together?
No, Michelle and Max are no longer together. While it’s unclear how long their relationship lasted and why things fizzled out, Michelle is now confirmed to be dating Dr. Dre, so things are over with Max.
Michelle went on her first date with Max at some point around Halloween 2025 when The Valley was filmed. She was spotted with Dr. Dre for the first time in April 2026, so the split with Max happened at some point during those six months.
