‘The Bachelor’ Couple Joey Graziadei & Kelsey Anderson Reveal Major Relationship Update

Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson settled into her New Orleans home after The Bachelor wrapped up, but they will be making a major location switch in the near future.

Potentially foregoing the South for the West Coast, the couple is enjoying their time in Los Angeles while Joey is competing on Dancing with the Stars. The popular dancing show takes place in the sunny metropolis, so they have had quite some time to get acquainted with the city. Now, they’re looking at staying in the City of Angels long-term.

“We are starting to look at places in LA. We’re starting that process,” Joey revealed on The Viall Files, but he has one concern so far, “I’m not sure if Kelsey’s fully sold yet.”

This is a serious change from what they had previously said, which was that they were planning to move to New York in the summer of 2024. That hasn’t happened yet, and they’re probably not going to. Kelsey elaborated, “We were originally wanting, well, I wanted to live in New York. I’ve always wanted to live in New York. I feel like LA still gives that city vibe to an extent, but also, it’s got the sun and the beach for Joey, which I know would make him a little happier.”

Joey, who used to live in Hawaii as a tennis instructor, is a fan of all things tropical, and growing up on the East Coast, he knows what the winters can be like. This is something Kelsey recognized as well as she half-jokingly stated, “I’m like, he’d probably be really depressed in New York, so I guess I have to think about him, too.”

Talking about more than just the place they’re going to live, Kelsey shared what her fears were about DWTS before her significant other started the show. “I was worried because I saw how people shipped like Rylee [Arnold] and Harry [Jowsey] together so hard. I remember I was like, ‘Oh, we’re going to have to go through that again.’ Because I feel with The Bachelor people did that.”

Luckily, DWTS fans mainly have other duos in mind. Joey’s partner, Jenna Johnson, is in a healthy relationship with her husband, fellow dance pro, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, which is something Kelsey preferred.

At the beginning of Joey’s DWTS journey, some people still commented on Kelsey’s TikTok posts that she was “stronger than them” as the inherent nature of dance is quite physical. Kelsey set the record straight, and most fans who were concerned have backed down since then.
