HGTV Star Galey Alix Confirms Breakup With ‘Bachelorette’ Winner Dale Moss
Home in a Heartbeat host Galey Alix and The Bachelorette Season 16 winner Dale Moss have called it quits.
This news was confirmed by Alix herself. A fan commented on her September 30 Instagram post, “Nice is she still with Dale?” Alix directly replied, “We’ve been separated for over a month now. He’s an amazing guy and will always be someone I adore as a person.”

The 30-year-old HGTV star and ex-beau Dale started dating after his stint on The Bachelorette in 2020. They were first spotted together in 2022.
Prior to that, Moss was in an on-and-off relationship with former fiancée Clare Crawley, The Bachelorette Season 16 lead. Crawley left the show in the middle of the season when she chose Moss. When they officially ended things in September 2021, he quickly jumped into the dating pool.
Alix decided to DM the former football wide receiver. Having been impressed by a podcast he recorded years prior to his appearance on The Bachelorette, she decided to shoot her shot. Clearly, her tactic worked for quite some time.
Moss revealed in 2023 that Alix had said, “Hey, you know, I just love the way you think, and I love how you present yourself and who you are and what you stand for,” to Us Weekly. Flattered by that, he admitted, “We ended up connecting. Went on a date and then we’ve talked every day since. [She’s] my best friend for sure.”
The couple had one previous scandal plaguing them as Page Six reported in 2023 that Moss was spotted kissing Tiffany Haddish during A$AP Rocky’s performance at the 2023 Cannes Lions Festival. However, Haddish denied the report. An insider told Us, “Tiffany and Dale were there with mutual friends. They weren’t making out or anything at all, it was a hello kiss between friends.”
