‘Farmer Wants a Wife’ Couple Nathan Smothers & Taylor BeDell Settle Fan Concern Over Possible Split
Over the last several weeks, Farmer Wants a Wife fans have started to worry about Nathan Smothers and Taylor BeDell’s relationship. The Season 2 couple had gone quiet on social media regarding their romance, which sparked concern from viewers rooting for their relationship.
The couple’s last social media post was back in September 2024, when Smothers flew to Texas to celebrate BeDell’s birthday. In their posts since then, fans have asked the reality stars whether or not they’re still together. Well, Smothers and BeDell are seemingly setting the record straight.

On November 30, Smothers shared a photo of himself out in the woods. BeDell commented, “Nice stache.” Smothers responded directly to BeDell, “Grew it myself:)”
Fans had already flooded the comments section with questions like, “Hope you and Taylor are still together” and “I hope Taylor is somewhere with you.” After BeDell’s comment, a fan urged others to simmer their worry. “Y’all, she’s right here. Calm down.”
Smothers and BeDell met during Season 2 of the FOX dating series. Similar to fellow Season 2 couple Mitchell Kolinsky and Sydney Errera, fans have rallied around their romance. Smothers and BeDell already had to quell breakup concerns earlier this year. They’ve never addressed the worry directly, but they always let fans know what’s going on with a simple selfie or comment.
When the couple spoke with us earlier this year, they had big plans to move in together. BeDell planned to move from Texas to Florida, where Smothers lives, by the end of 2024. “Somewhere between September or November is when we’re thinking that I might be able to move down to Florida,” BeDell said at the time. “If I could, I would move there literally tomorrow, but it’s kind of just a process of transferring over my license to Florida and then my lease and everything. But I’m definitely super excited and looking forward to that. That’s kind of like the next step.”
They haven’t given an update about the moving situation, but they’ll let us know when they’re ready!
