‘Love Is Blind’: Nick Dorka Reacts to Ex Hannah Jiles’ Transformation & Hits Back at Her Claims
There’s still major bad blood between Love Is Blind exes Nick Dorka and Hannah Jiles. They broke off their engagement last year after meeting in the pods, and then had a heated confrontation at the Season 7 reunion. In a rare interview, Dorka is speaking out about his former fiancée — and throwing some shade.
He discussed her recent weight loss transformation. Jiles has lost 75 pounds since her time on the Netflix series.
“She does look great, she looks fantastic,” Dorka said on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast. “But the thing is, I know her, I’ve seen all of her. Just because you look attractive, that’s part of it. The other part is your personality and I know who she is and she has things to work on.”
He added, “I think she needs to do a little bit of self-reflecting, but like I said, none of us are perfect. We all have our red flags. … I think she’ll find the right person — someday — maybe.”
During the reunion, Jiles called out Dorka for allegedly calling her a “grenade” and “ugly” to other cast members. He denied saying those things and doubled down in this latest interview.
“I never called her a grenade. I said I was underwhelmed by her looks, but all the guys were,” he stressed, insinuating that other male cast members felt similarly about their partners’ appearances.
When Swooon spoke with Jiles in November 2024, she claimed she could prove Nick’s “lies.” She explained, “If I wanted to, I literally have 1,000 receipts of all the times he lied.”
She also admitted that she doesn’t trust Nick whatsoever. “I think there’s a lot more things that he’ll never admit to, and that’s okay, but I don’t think I’ll ever really know,” Jiles said.
