‘Baylen Out Loud’ Preview: Inside TikTok Star’s Love Story With Boyfriend Colin Dooley (VIDEO)
Baylen Dupree and her boyfriend, Colin Dooley, are opening up about their adorable romance in Swooon’s exclusive preview of the January 13 series premiere episode of Baylen Out Loud.
Like many couples today, Baylen and Colin’s relationship started on a dating app. “Love at first swipe,” Baylen says in our sneak peek. Colin reveals that Baylen said she had Tourette’s syndrome on her profile. “I didn’t know if she was telling the truth or not,” he admits.
When Baylen brings up that she wouldn’t lie about that, Colin adds, “People make jokes all the time on dating apps.”
In a separate interview, Colin admits it was a “little weird going out and having people stare at me” when he first started going out with Baylen. “But Baylen has the biggest heart, and I love her for her,” he gushes.
Baylen and Colin have been dating since 2022. “Colin is my medicine,” Baylen says in the preview. “That’s the best way I’m going to describe it. He means a lot to me, and there’s not many people that can help me and calm me and relax me as he can.”
Baylen Out Loud follows the 22-year-old with Tourette’s syndrome. Baylen’s tics began as involuntary movements and noises and intensified in her teenage years. Officially diagnosed with Tourette’s at the age of 18, Baylen has learned to laugh at herself through it all. With humor, heart, and unstoppable determination, Baylen started chronicling her experiences on social media. Now, she has over 9.5 million followers on TikTok.
Over the course of the season, Baylen will continue to push herself outside her comfort zone in pursuit of the independent life she’s always wanted, particularly as she strives to build a future with Colin.
