Wyle tied the knot with Sara Wells in 2014. The ER alum revealed the news of his secret nuptials to The View in June of that year. “It was beautiful. It was great,” he said while talking about his wedding. “It was a very small ceremony.” Wyle also set the scene when he opened up about the day being set at their ranch in Santa Barbara.
For their honeymoon, the couple went to Paris. In June 2024, they celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary. For the occasion, Wells posted a slideshow and wrote, “Happy 10 year anniversary, my love♥️ I would marry you again and again.” This year, Wells shared a candid photo of her and Wyle with the caption, “11 years and there’s still no one who makes me laugh quite like you♥️Happy Anniversary.”
Wyle posted an anniversary message of his own over the top of an adorable photo with Wells. “My sister asked me recently, ‘Hey Noah, how did you get such a hot wife? I said, ‘I’m funny.’ Thanks for laughing for the last 11 years. May it never stop. Xo,” he wrote.

How did Noah Wyle and his wife meet?
The couple met in 2011, three years before they made things official. They met at a Blank Theatre Company production in Los Angeles. Wells had previously been in small roles on Nip/Tuck and Californication. She ran a children’s entertainment company at the time. Currently, she describes herself as an “Actor. Singer. Pancake Flipper,” on her Instagram bio.

Yes, Wyle was married to makeup artist Tracy Warbin from 2000 to 2010. They met on the set of The Myth of Fingerprints. They separated in 2009 before finalizing their divorce in 2010.
