‘The Challenge’ Stars Jenna Compono & Zach Nichols Spark Split Rumors Amid Pregnancy No. 4
Less than one month after Jenna Compono and Zach Nichols announced that they’re expecting their fourth child, fans are concerned that the couple has split.
The internet is flooded with speculation that there’s trouble in paradise between The Challenge stars. Although Compono and Nichols haven’t addressed the rumors themselves, their recent social media activity is pretty telling.
Compono and Nichols no longer follow each other on Instagram. While he does still follow her travel account, he is not following her personal page, and vice versa. Commenters on Reddit also pointed out that Compono no longer follows her husband’s podcast co-host Pierre Bacall either.
The Challenge fans were pretty shook by this news, considering Compono is currently pregnant with the pair’s fourth child. The duo announced the baby news on January 25, exactly one month before their daughter Carmella’s first birthday.
“Because 3 kids wasn’t chaotic enough … Baby #4 coming August 2025,” Compono shared in an Instagram post. On February 1, she and Nichols appeared with their kids in a gender reveal Instagram video where they shared that they’re expecting another baby girl.

After meeting on The Challenge: Battle of the Exes 2 in 2015, Compono and Nichols dated on-and-off before finally making their relationship official in 2018. They tied the knot in 2021 and welcomed their son, Anthony, later that year. A second wedding followed in 2022, along with the birth of daughter Liliana that December. When baby No. 4 comes in August, Compono and Nichols will have four kids all under 4 years old.
Many Challenge fans are convinced that this possible split won’t be for good. “Why she married him I’ll never know but I’m sure they’ll be back together in a couple of weeks,” one Reddit commenter wrote.
Some users also pointed out that Compono shared a telling message on Facebook on Wednesday, February 19, when she shared a diagram titled, “4 Common Signs of a Narcissist.” On February 16, she also shared the quote, “Compromise is not about losing. It is about deciding that the other person has just as much right to be happy with the end result as you do.”
