Christina Haack Calls Ex Josh Hall a ‘Snake’ After Near Run-In at Same Restaurant
Christina Haack was trying to enjoy a girls’ night out with daughter Taylor El Moussa and The Flip Off costar Heather Rae El Moussa, who’s married to her first ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, when an unexpected guest put a bit of a damper on the evening.
While documenting the dinner on her Instagram Story, Haack revealed that her estranged husband, Josh Hall, had entered the restaurant.
“When you’re having a relaxing GNO with @heatherraeelmoussa and Tay and [snake emoji] shows up at your spot,” she captioned a video clip of the ladies cheers-ing their drinks. While she didn’t mention Hall by name, he later posted a photo with his friends and tagged the location as Ocean 48. The restaurant name was visible on the menus in the background of Haack’s Boomerang.
After news of the near run-in went viral, Hall posted an article about it on his Instagram Story and wrote, “Just got sent this…funny, I didn’t even see her. I would have totally sent a drink over. Great spot!”
Haack and Hall are currently in the midst of a messy split after he filed for divorce in July 2024. The two were working together on The Flip Off at the time of Hall’s filing, and the breakup was documented in the premiere episode. Following the split, Haack has been riding solo (with some help from her friends) while taking on Tarek and Heather in the house flipping competition.
On the show’s February 8 episode, Haack briefly gave an update on the divorce. She claimed that Hall requested $3.5 million from her and revealed that their court date had been postponed amid the drama.
Haack was married to El Moussa for seven years before they separated in May 2016. They share two children and finalized their divorce in January 2018. At the end of that year, she married Ant Anstead and welcomed a son, Hudson, with him in 2019. The following year, they separated. Things got messy between the exes when Anstead filed for full custody in 2022. However, when Haack and Hall, whom she married in October 2021, split, she received support from Anstead and they got back to a good place.
In fact, Haack even asked Anstead to be a judge on The Flip Off, and he chose her as the winner over Tarek and Heather for the guest bedroom/bathroom renovations (although he did admit that it was a biased choice).
