Who Is Bobby Flay’s Girlfriend Brooke Williamson? Meet the Food Network Star
Love is in the air for Bobby Flay! The professional chef, who has been married three times, is now dating his Food Network costar Brooke Williamson.
“They have been friends for a while and recently decided to jump in,” People reported. “Her divorce [in 2024] probably gave them some additional shared experiences and over the last few weeks, love bloomed.”

What does Brooke Williamson do?
Williamson is a “chef, restaurateur, and culinary innovator,” according to her website. She has been working in the culinary industry since she was a teenager.
The chef worked as an assistant at the Epicurean Institute of Los Angeles when she was just 15 years old, then studied at Culinary Institute of America before honing her skills with the help of Chef Ken Frank, a Michelin-star chef. She’s also worked at restaurants including Michael’s in Santa Monica, California, Daniel in New York City, Boxer, and Zax.
After meeting her business partner and (now ex)-husband Nick Roberts, she began launching her own restaurants, including some that closed during COVID-19. Her current project, Playa Provisions, which launched in 2014, is a “multifaceted dining destination featuring King Beach Café, Small Batch ice cream shop, Dockside restaurant, and Grain whiskey bar.”
In November 2024, she released her first cookbook, Sun-Kissed Cooking: Vegetables Front and Center.
What has Brooke Williamson been on the Food Network for?
Williamson first appeared on Last Chance Kitchen, then made it onto Top Chef during Season 14 in 2016. She came in first place and was then the winner of the first Food Network Tournament of Champions competition in 2020.
Her connection to Flay formed when she began appearing on Bobby’s Triple Threat in 2022. The show features Flay inviting a chef to his club to go up against against one of his handpicked “titans,” Williamson, Michael Voltaggio, and Tiffany Derry, in a three-round culinary competition.
Williamson has also been seen on Chopped, Top Chef Duels, Knife Fight, and Guy’s Grocery Games. She was a judge on BBQ Brawl and hosted House of Food on MTV.
Who was Brooke Williamson married to?
Williamson’s ex-husband is Nick Roberts. They tied the knot in 2007 and divorced in 2024. The two met while Williamson was working as the executive chef at Zax in Brentwood, California, and Roberts was her sous chef.

Flay has also been married in the past. His first wife was Debra Ponzek, whom he wed in 1991 and divorced in 1993. In 1995, he married his second wife, Kate Connelly, but they separated just three years later and eventually divorced. Flay then tied the knot with Stephanie March in 2005. They divorced ten years later. Following the split, he was in a relationship with Heléne Yorke from 2016 to 2019.
When asked if he’d get married again in the future, Flay said on Kristin Cavallari‘s Let’s Be Honest podcast, “If you asked me today, I’d say, probably, [it’s off the table.] I don’t know. For me, it hasn’t been the best situation. That said, I don’t feel like I need to do it again.”
He added, “I would be interested in a life partner for sure. But I don’t think it necessarily needs the documentation.”
Does Brooke Williamson have kids?
Williamson and Roberts have one son who was born in 2008. While paying tribute to the teenager on his 16th birthday in February 2024, Williamson gushed, “Happy 16th birthday to the most remarkable young man that ever lived. You are the greatest joy of my entire life. May this year be your very best yet.”

Flay is also a parent. He has an adult daughter, Sophie, with Connelly, and didn’t have plans to add more children to the family as of October 2024. “I have an amazing daughter who is 28 years old. I’m not having any more kids as far as I know,” he told Cavallari.
