‘Teen Mom’ Star Mackenzie McKee Drops Shocking Family News on ‘Drew Barrymore’
Mackenzie McKee has reason to celebrate! The mother of three and Teen Mom star recently went on The Drew Barrymore Show and revealed some exciting news.
Growing up in front of the cameras, McKee’s first pregnancy was documented on the fourth season of 16 & Pregnant in 2012. The successful MTV series saw McKee come to terms with having to live a fully different life than her peers. No longer able to participate in cheerleading, McKee’s ups and downs of motherhood were further seen on the short-lived Teen Mom 3 spinoff. She returned to the spotlight for Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.
Talking to Drew Barrymore during the March 31 episode of her show, McKee revealed, “No one knows I’m pregnant, but I am.” The Charlie’s Angels alum whispered something to McKee, who responded, “There’s two in there.” Barrymore excitedly repeated, “There’s two in there! It’s twins. And you met a wonderful man, and you want to share this experience with him. You want to raise kids in love, you love him. You’re excited for this journey.”

McKee is expecting twins with fiancé Khesanio Hall. “It was planned. Finally,” McKee clarified. The reality star is already a mom to Broncs, 7, Jaxie, 10, and Gannon, 13, whom she shares with ex Josh McKee.
Her relationship with her ex hasn’t been easy. In an episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, she divulged, “What I want is for Josh to be more involved in their lives, but he’s just not. These kids love their dad but Khes is also dad now and he is consistency and he’s been solid for two years. Josh and I were together for 10 years. I can’t even tell you a month that my kids had something that was solid.”
Hall went down on one knee in 2024 and proposed to McKee. Thrilled about the next chapter in her life, McKee told PEOPLE, “My kids are raised by Khes. So he is security for all of us. The hero that came to our rescue. I love his love for them.”
She further explained, “It’s not just a stepdad relationship, it’s a true love deep in his heart. I know my kids wouldn’t want life any other way than for Khes to be a part of it forever.”
