‘1923’ Star Brandon Sklenar’s Plans With Girlfriend After Season Finale Revealed
1923‘s Brandon Sklenar has been booked and busy! Besides the hit Yellowstone spinoff, the 34-year-old actor also has the thrillers Drop and The Housemaid premiering in 2025.
Having starred in productions alongside massive stars like Harrison Ford, Sydney Sweeney, and Amanda Seyfried, Sklenar’s hard work has begun to pay off. And now, he’s ready to reward himself and spend some quality time with his girlfriend, Courtney Salviolo.
Now that he’s done with 1923 and his current productions, Sklenar opened up about his plans for the foreseeable future. He’s going to be taking a break! “I like to sit with my dog and my girl and play the guitar,” he told PEOPLE.
Sklenar has not been able to be home for most of the past year. He’s worked nearly nonstop for the past 12 months, so he’s thrilled for some downtime with Salviolo.
This doesn’t come as a shock to his fans. Sklenar is known for keeping his personal life out of the public eye. In an interview with Forbes, he divulged, “I’m a homebody — I love to be home with my partner and my dog and my house.” He added, “The irony is I have a job that takes me everywhere, which I love, too. It’s a weird dichotomy.”
The It Ends With Us star has been with his personal trainer and nutritionist love for nearly five years. Sklenar doesn’t open up frequently about his relationship, but while promoting Drop with Meghann Fahy, he explained to Entertainment Tonight that the two first met on Hinge during the first wave of lockdowns in 2020.
“I didn’t have Facebook, I wasn’t like a phone app guy and it was right when COVID happened and I was like, ‘Ah f**k, how am I going to meet somebody?'” Sklenar revealed. The actor, who plays Spencer Dutton on the Paramount+ series, wasn’t on it for very long as he only needed “like two weeks” to strike gold. Sklenar and Salviolo have been together ever since their virtual meet-cute.
