Kourtney Kardashian’s Son Rocky Drums Like Dad Travis Barker in Rare Photo
Travis Barker gave a rare look at his and Kourtney Kardashian‘s son, Rocky, in a new Instagram post documenting his weekend at Coachella. In his photo dump from the music festival, he included a shot of Rocky following in his footsteps by banging on a miniature drum with two drumsticks.
Most of the other photos and videos were behind-the-scenes shots, including one with Kardashian. Barker performed with Three 6 Mafia at Coachella, while Kardashian hosted her Camp Poosh event at the festival.
Since Rocky was born on November 1, 2023, Barker and Kardashian have made a point to keep him out of the public eye. Like all the other photos they’ve shared of him, this one only showed him from behind. Rocky even made a few appearances on the most recent season of The Kardashians, but his face was blurred out when he was looking towards the camera.

Barker previously opened up about the couple’s decision to keep things private with their youngest child (he has two older kids with Shanna Moakler, while Kardashian shares her three older kids with Scott Disick). “Unfortunately, someone finally got a photo of him, but we’d rather keep him out of the spotlight,” Barker told The Wall Street Journal in September 2024. “If I could do everything different, I would have done the same thing with my [older] kids. I think it’s weird to grow up and you’re 15 or 12, and you’re like, ‘Mom, you posted this of me?’”
Just months after Rocky was born, Kardashian and Rocky joined Barker in Australia for Blink-182‘s tour, and the Lemme founder opened up about her anxieties regarding the newborn’s privacy. “Rocky hasn’t been seen and, in California, there’s a law that if I don’t show the baby’s face, the paparazzi have to blur his image,” she said on The Kardashians. “But in Australia, there are supposedly no paparazzi laws, so they can take a photo and sell their image.”
Aside from the one paparazzi photo leak, the famous couple has managed to keep Rocky’s face hidden.
