Are Todd & Julie Chrisley Still Married After Their Prison Pardons?

Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley got married on May 25, 1996. The couple shares three children, while Todd also has two kids from a previous relationship. They also adopted their granddaughter, Chloe, in 2016.
Everything in the Chrisleys’ world came crashing down in 2019, though, when Todd and Julie were indicted on charges of tax evasion and conspiracy to commit bank fraud. They received their prison sentences in 2022 and began serving their time in January 2023.
After more than two years behind bars, Todd and Julie were pardoned by President Donald Trump in May 2025 and were released from their respective prisons. At that point, it had been more than two years since they’d seen each other. Did they stay married amid their time apart? Scroll down to learn more.
Are Todd and Julie Chrisley still married?
Yes, the couple is still together. In September 2023, reports surfaced that Julie was hiring counsel to file for divorce from her husband, but daughter Savannah Chrisley shut down these claims.
“No, my mother has not hired counsel,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “If she did, it would have gone through me. So, that whole story is a lie.”
In fact, Savannah insisted that her parents were missing each other more than ever. “I just sat with my mother in visitation this weekend, and she cried about how much she missed my father,” she shared. “So, for the people giving these outlets false stories, karma’s a b**ch, and it’s going to come and bite you.”
Still, Todd and Julie weren’t able to communicate while serving time. In February, Savannah revealed that her parents hadn’t spoken in over two years.
“They’ve been together almost 30 years, and they’ve never gone a day in their life without being with one another. That’s been a challenge. That should never happen,” she told People.
After the reality stars’ prison releases, Todd appeared in a press conference, but Julie was noticeably not by his side. However, Savannah posted a photo of them on her Instagram Story and revealed that they had “reunited.” She also confirmed that they would be appearing on her podcast “before the end of June” to “talk about their experiences, their life in prison, and now their life after.”
Plus, they’re planning on re-launching their own podcast, Chrisley Confessions, too.
