Sydney Sweeney Dances With Costar Brandon Sklenar at Stagecoach After Split From Fiancé
Sydney Sweeney and Brandon Sklenar will star opposite each other in the upcoming film The Housemaid, but they were recently spotted spending time together off set, as well. The stars both attended Stagecoach over the weekend and were seen vibing in the crowd together.
In a sneakily-shot fan video, Sweeney could be seen dancing in front of Sklenar, who was standing behind her and bopping along to the music, as well.
Although the two didn’t show any obvious PDA in the quick clip, it had fans buzzing about whether there’s something going on between them IRL — especially since Sweeney is newly single following her split from fiancé Jonathan Davino. The pair’s breakup news went public in March, although they’ve been spotted spending time together in the weeks since.
Sklenar is very private about his personal life but is still dating Courtney Salviolo as of March. He opened up about the early days of their relationship in an interview with Entertainment Tonight and confirmed that they met on a dating app during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Following Sweeney’s split from Davino, she was spotted with her Anyone But You costar Glen Powell at his sister’s wedding. While fans are absolutely dying for these two to be a real-life item, there haven’t been any sightings since.
Powell played coy when asked about the situation on Today With Jenna & Friends. “You know, timing is everything in this world,” he said with a laugh. He also pointed out that his sister, Leslie, is “great friends” with Sweeney, hinting that she attended as an invited guest and not his plus one.
Sweeney and Sklenar’s film The Housemaid, which also stars Amanda Seyfried, hits theaters on December 25. The movie is a film adaptation of Frieda McFadden’s hit book of the same name, which came out in 2022.
