What Is Hannah Brown Doing on ‘Bachelor in Paradise’? Her Season 10 Role Explained

Hannah Brown is preparing to walk down the aisle and marry Adam Woolard this summer, so why is she heading to Costa Rica to take part in a dating show just months before her big day?
The Bachelor Nation alum is confirmed to be part of Bachelor in Paradise Season 10. The only official details about her involvement are that she’ll be stationed in the “all-new Champagne Lounge” on the beach. However, Brown gave some more insight into her role in a new interview.
No, she won’t be taking part in the actual dating portion of the show. “I think of myself as Paradise Relations,” Brown told Us Weekly. “I am there to make sure that whatever people need, whatever the experience that they’re supposed to have, I’m going to be there.”
While she doesn’t know exactly what that entails yet, she gave some hypotheticals about how she may get involved. “People need help setting up a magical moment with the person that they’re falling in love with? I’m your girl,” Brown continued. “If you need some advice on how to express your interest in someone, come to me.”
After all, Brown is no stranger to looking for love on television. She first appeared on Season 23 of The Bachelor in 2019 before being named the lead for Season 15 of The Bachelorette later that year. The Alabama native got engaged to Jed Wyatt on the show but broke up with him before the finale aired. She then returned to offer advice to ex Peter Weber on his season of The Bachelor, as well as pal Demi Burnett on Season 6 of Bachelor in Paradise.
“I really am so excited about this role because that experience of looking for love and putting yourself out there changed my life and it made me learn so much about myself,” Brown continued. “I wish I had somebody like myself there to encourage me and lift me up and show me another perspective.”
She also said that she wants to be someone that the contestants can “lean on,” but said she won’t be afraid to “tell [it] like it is.”
