Holly Robinson Peete and her husband, Rodney Peete, are ready to reign over a new court. The married hosts are back for Kings Court, a spinoff of the Bravo hit Queens Court.

The dating series will center around three celebrity kings—supermodel Tyson Beckford, NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer, and WWE legend Thaddeus “Titus O’Neil” Bullard—as they search for their queen among 21 single ladies. Peete spoke with Swooon about putting a twist on the original series.

Queens Court was a lot of fun,” Peete said. “We really like it, and Rodney and I joke with each other because, for Queens Court, you get all the men in the house. So Rodney’s like, ‘Now it’s my turn to get some eye candy.’ Because we’ve got a lot of women and these three kings. I will say that I like the twist because they felt like brothers. They felt like little brothers to me.”

She continued, “They got along really well. They are three completely different men. They’re so open to being vulnerable and talking about love out loud. I just really found that very, very attractive. I love the twist, and I really think, after seeing some episodes, I think the audience is going to love this version.”

Peete calls herself and her husband “love doctors” as they help the kings navigate “the pitfalls, and the ups and downs of love.” The Hats Off to Love star is on a mission to help Beckford, her longtime friend, find love. “When I heard he signed up for this, I was extra excited because I want to find him a queen!” she declared.

But what does Kings Court mean for Queens Court? The first two seasons starred Tamar Braxton, Evelyn Lozada, Nivea, LisaRaye, K. Michelle, and London “Deelishis” Charles. Peete isn’t ruling out a third season of Queens Court.

“I would love to do another Queens Court,” she told Swooon. “It’s just casting contingent. We just have to find the right queens. Queens Court was a lot of fun. I’d love to do those forever.”
