Are ‘Teen Mom’s Tyler & Catelynn Baltierra Still Together? Their Relationship Now
Tyler Baltierra and Catelynn Baltierra are one of the OG Teen Mom couples. Viewers first got to know them during Season 1 of 16 and Pregnant in 2009, and they’ve continued to share glimpses into their lives on Teen Mom over the years.

Are Tyler and Catelynn Baltierra still together?
Yes, Catelynn and Tyler are still together and will be celebrating 10 years of marriage in August 2025. The couple’s relationship began in 2005 when they were just in high school.
While they’ve been able to make their love last, it hasn’t always been easy. Catelynn and Tyler first got engaged in 2010, but revealed in 2013 that they had called it off. However, at the end of the year, they were back on, and Tyler gave Catelynn a new engagement ring for Christmas. They went on to tie the knot in August 2015.
In a 2020 interview, Catelynn opened up about what makes her and Tyler’s relationship work. “I think choosing that person every single day and choosing to, ‘I’m going to work on this no matter what it takes in life,'” she explained. “Also, we’ve done a lot of therapy. We’ve done a lot of couples therapy, but then also a lot of individual therapies. I think, honestly, the biggest thing in relationships are communication and trust and learning how to express your needs and maybe things that you want to change in a healthy way. For us, getting to that point, it’s taken a lot of therapy.”
How many kids to Tyler and Catelynn Baltierra have?
Catelynn and Tyler have three daughters, as well as a daughter named Carly, who they put up for adoption in 2009. Their 16 and Pregnant story followed the reality stars as they came to the decision to place Carly up for adoption. A couple named Brandon and Teresa Davis adopted the infant, and an open adoption policy was agreed upon.
In January 2015, Catelynn gave birth to daughter Novalee, followed by Vaeda in February 2019 and Rya in August 2021. In between her pregnancies, Catelynn had miscarriages in 2017 and 2020.

Before giving birth to baby No. 4, Catelynn confirmed that it would be her and Tyler’s last child. “While we wanted a boy since this is our last, as long as she’s healthy… that’s really all that matters. This is our last and final but we know one day we will have a grandson and adore him!” she shared.
Did Tyler Baltierra get a vasectomy?
Tyler had a vasectomy in 2022 and documented the process on an episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.
“I feel a little bit of butterflies. I don’t know, it just means we’re done,” Catelynn admitted at the time. “It’s set in stone.”
Of the decision to stop having kids after Rya’s birth, Catelynn told ET, “I’ve carried four children biologically. I feel like it’ll feel complete. My body is cut off. It is done. Whatever we’ve given we’re meant to have and if that’s a house full of girls, poor Tyler, but that’s what we’re meant to have, I guess.”
Did Tyler Baltierra delete OnlyFans?
Tyler went viral for his OnlyFans page in 2023, which ended up helping him generate a six-figure income. Catelynn was always supportive of his OnlyFans ventures. In fact, she was the mastermind behind the account.
“Cate is just sharing the stuff that I personally send to her lol!” Tyler shared at the time. “There’s no sex involved or even videos on the page she’s running.”
However, in April 2025, Tyler confirmed that he had deleted his OnlyFans. “I’m not on OF and haven’t been for a while,” he replied to a fan on Instagram. He made the decision amid issues with Carly’s adoptive parents.
“The moment contact was cut [between us and Carly] we shut it down immediately,” he explained. Brandon and Teresa cut off communication with the Baltierras in 2024, and Tyler and Catelynn have been outspoken about their strained relationship in the year since.
“Brandon and Teresa straight up told our adoption counselor, Dawn, ‘Yeah, I had to block [Catelynn] for my mental health,'” Catelynn shared on an episode of Teen Mom. They were told they’re not longer allowed to send gifts to Carly or contact her.
Catelynn and Tyler have insisted that they are happy to take a step back and stop trying to reach out if it’s what Carly wants, but they are still unclear on whether the decision is hers or her parents’ and said that they won’t give up until this is clarified.
