Hailee Steinfeld & Josh Allen Are Married! ‘Sinners’ Star and Bills Quarterback Tie the Knot
Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen have made it to the endzone of love! Less than a year after getting engaged, the couple said “I do” on May 31 in a California wedding.
Steinfeld was seen walking down the aisle at her wedding in the late afternoon on May 31, per photos published by People. The actress looked stunning in a strapless wedding gown and opera gloves. She wore her hair up in a sleek updo with a veil.
Steinfeld and Allen kept quiet about the details regarding their nuptials, but Allen’s Buffalo Bills teammate Dion Dawkins spilled the beans on the couple’s May wedding date a few months ago. Leading up to the big day, Allen was spotted in California.
The Bills quarterback proposed to Allen at sunset in front of a rose-covered arch in Malibu back in November 2024. “I’m so grateful that he did it the way he did so that I looked good, and we have these photos that we’ll have and cherish for the rest of our lives that I’m not looking at being like, ‘What was I wearing?'” the Sinners star told Who What Wear. “We were in Malibu, which is my happy place, and it was magical. That’s the word.”
Since going public with their romance, Steinfeld and Allen have stepped out for a few red carpets together. In February 2025, Steinfeld accompanied Allen to the NFL Honors. In April 2025, Allen showed up to support Steinfeld at the Sinners premiere in New York City.
When asked about attending the glitzy movie premiere, Allen told reporters, “It was awesome. It was a different world. A very cool experience. I’m so excited for her and so proud of her. It’s getting some great reviews. It’s a fantastic movie … so go watch it.”
The couple’s wedding took place during the NFL offseason. Allen is currently prepping for the upcoming season. Since she started dating Allen, the actress has spent plenty of time in the Buffalo, New York, area. “I have been given a very warm welcome,” Steinfeld said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon about the support she’s received from Bills fans. “The people are incredible. It’s such a wonderful place. I love it so much.”
