Christina Haack Spills New Details About ‘Not Great’ Divorce Settlement With Josh Hall

One month after Christina Haack finalized her messy divorce from Josh Hall, the HGTV star opened up about how they came to their settlement. Haack and Hall battled over spousal support, the sale of her Tennessee home, and other financial issues before coming to an agreement.
While the exact details of their settlement are unclear, Haack revealed her feelings about the agreement during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live.
“I signed something,” Haack confirmed. “There’s, like, a process after the process. It was resolved in mediation after, I think, 12 hours.”
Haack wouldn’t get into the specifics when host Jeff Lewis asked her if she was happy with the settlement. “I heard a saying once, like, ‘If you both think you’re screwed, then whatever you want…’ I don’t know how it goes. Look, it’s not great, but I guess it’s done.”
Lewis’ cohost Shane Douglas confirmed the saying, adding, “If both parties are equally unhappy after the negotiation, then you got what you want.” Haack also teased that the details of the divorce will be “public knowledge soon” once the documents are officially filed. “I think I’ll come back next month, and then we can talk about everything that’s public knowledge,” she added.
It took 10 months for Haack and Hall to reach a settlement. During the months of negotiations, which Haack admitted were costly, she accused Hall of transferring $35,000 from her “separate property rental income” into his personal account. She also claimed that he requested $65,000 a month in spousal support, which her team called “outrageous” (Hall denied this accusation).
The exes were married for less than three years when they split in July 2024. At the time, they were filming Season 1 of The Flip Off together, but Hall left the show amid the divorce filing. Haack went on to continue the competition against ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa.
After the designer finalized her divorce from Hall, she said in a statement: “Christina is pleased to confirm that a settlement has been reached through mediation. She extends her sincere appreciation to her attorney, Laura Wasser, and her team for their professional guidance and support throughout the process.”
