Allison Mack Married: ‘Smallville’ Star Ties the Knot After Prison Release
Allison Mack is officially starting a new chapter. Two years after her release from prison, the Smallville actress is now a married woman.
TMZ was first to report that Mack tied the knot with a man named Frank. The couple wed in Los Angeles earlier this month in a small ceremony.
The outlet obtained pictures from the nuptials, which showed Mack wearing a plain white dress with her hair piled back in an updo. She had colorful flowers clipped into the hairdo. Meanwhile, Frank wore a gray suit as he placed a wedding ring on his bride’s finger in the shot.
Mack met her husband at a dog park in Los Angeles, according to TMZ. They got engaged around Christmas 2024, with Mack showing off her oval-shaped engagement ring in a selfie shared by the site.
In April 2019, Mack pled guilty to charges of racketeering and racketeering conspiracy. The charges stemmed from her involvement with the NXIVM sex cult, with prosecutors accusing her of recruiting women to join the organization, which was led by Keith Raniere.
Mack expressed remorse for her involvement, and her lawyers asked that she avoid jail time. She wound up being sentenced to three years behind bars and three years probation in June 2021. Her sentence also included 1,000 hours of community service and a $20,000 fine. She began her sentence in September 2021 and was released early in July 2023.
This is Mack’s second marriage. She previously wed actress Nicki Clyne in February 2017. Like Mack, Clyne was a member of NXIVM, and fellow former member India Oxenberg, who attended the wedding ceremony, claimed that the nuptials were fake. Oxenberg said Clyne and Mack only tied the knot so Clyne, who is from Canada, could stay in the United States. Mack filed for divorce in 2020.
Mack was a series regular on Smallville from 2001 to 2011. Her last acting credit was a voice role in 2016’s Lost in Oz. She also had guest roles on The Following and American Odyssey the year prior.
