‘How I Met Your Mother’ Star Jason Segel Engaged to ‘SYTYCD’ Alum Kayla Radomski
Kids, this is how Jason Segel popped the question! The How I Met Your Mother star is engaged to professional dancer Kayla Radomski.
The So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 alum confirmed Segel proposed in a June 18 post on Instagram. She shared photos from the romantic moment, including one where Segel got down on one knee. The couple was surrounded by gorgeous pink, red, and white flowers at The Huntington Library in San Marino, California.
“FOREVER YES,” she captioned the announcement. Radomski shared the post on her Instagram Story and added, “Come see the [sic] my news! Best day of my life.”
Radomski’s fellow dancers showed their support in the comments. Dancing With the Stars pros Pasha Pashkov, Daniella Karagach, and Sasha Farber sent their congratulations to the engaged couple.
Segel and Radomski, who was once a backup dancer for Taylor Swift, kept the early days of their romance out of the public eye. They were first spotted together in October 2023 when they had a date at Universal Studios Hollywood’s Halloween Horror Nights. They were red carpet official at the 2024 Golden Globes. Radomski has continued to support the Shrinking star at awards shows.
In honor of his 2025 Emmy nomination for the Apple TV+ series, Radomski sweetly wrote on Instagram, “A beautiful day celebrating my incredible man. @jasonsegel this nomination was so deserved. I have seen the work and dedication you put into not just your work, but everything you do. You continue to amaze me every single day. Anyone who gets the honor to know you is so lucky. I am beyond proud of you and cannot wait to see all that is ahead. I love you beyond words!!!”
This will be the first marriage for Segel and Radomski. The Forgetting Sarah Marshall star previously dated Linda Cardellini, Michelle Williams, and Alexis Mixter.
