‘When Calls the Heart’ Stars Erin Krakow & Ben Rosenbaum Marry in Surprise Wedding
A true Hallmark love story! When Calls the Heart couple Erin Krakow and Ben Rosenbaum are married!
The couple made the surprise announcement with a joint post on June 23. They captioned their gorgeous wedding photos with a simple infinity emoji, a symbol of their forever love.
Rosenbaum and Krakow shared a romantic kiss in one of the Instagram photos. Krakow stunned in a silk wedding dress, which she paired with a beautiful veil. Rosenbaum looked handsome in a brown suit. In the second photo, Krakow and Rosenbaum posed together, with their heads sweetly touching.
Their When Calls the Heart costars and other Hallmark stars sent their congratulations to the newlyweds in the comments section. Kevin McGarry, who plays Krakow’s onscreen love interest, wrote, “Beautiful pictures, beautiful friends, beautiful husband and wife – xo.” Kayla Wallace, who plays Fiona and is also married to McGarry, added, “I’m still crying. My favourite pairing!” Kavan Smith, who plays Lee Coulter, commented, “Perfect couple. Love the shoes B.”
Tyler Hynes, who starred alongside Krakow in Hallmark’s It Was Always You, wrote, “Love n stuff.” Sullivan’s Crossing star Morgan Kohan gushed, “Yes yes yes!!!! Oh congratulations you beautiful beautiful people!”
Krakow and Rosenbaum met on the set of When Calls the Heart. Krakow plays lead Elizabeth Thornton (née Thatcher). Rosenbaum made his first appearance as Mike Hickam at the end of Season 1.
The couple kept the early days of their romance out of the public eye. They didn’t officially confirm their relationship until Valentine’s Day 2024, but there had been speculation they were dating since January 2023.
The When Calls the Heart family will have much to celebrate once they’re all back on set for Season 13. Production is underway now on the beloved Hallmark series, with new episodes expected in 2026.
When Calls the Heart is clearly the place where love blooms! McGarry and Wallace’s love story also started on set. When everlasting love called Krakow and Rosenbaum, they picked up.
