Less than two weeks after Grant Ellis and Juliana Pasquarosa announced that they were ending their relationship, she posted a TikTok video in a bit of a shady accessory (and caption).

In the post, she’s lounging on the beach in a black bikini, but it’s the words written on her hat that had everyone in the comments section talking.

The Bachelor winner’s cap says “marriage material,” which many have taken to be a dig at Ellis, whom she will not be marrying. The two got engaged on Season 29 of The Bachelor in the fall of 2024, but announced their breakup earlier this month, just three months after going public with their relationship.

“This screams he was toxic and didn’t wanna get married,” one person commented. Another fan wrote, “Omg the hat!!!! You enjoy yourself girl. You are free as a dang bird!!!” and someone else said, “Tell me he was toxic without telling me he was toxic lol.”

In response to another commenter who pointed out the hat, Pasquarosa said, “Glad you caught that one.”

Pasquarosa wrote across the video, “This & normal cortisol levels,” seemingly hinting that she was stressed before taking the relaxing trip to the beach. She also captioned the post, “me 🤝 lowering my cortisol levels.”

Ellis recently spoke about the breakup while answering questions on Instagram Live. He said that their split was “mutual” and admitted that he wasn’t heartbroken. The former basketball player also added that he and Pasquarosa are no longer talking and that he’s not looking for love right now.

“Honestly, I’m not looking for anything right now. I’m just chilling,” he said, adding that he has no desire to appear on Bachelor in Paradise either.

Pasquarosa has been much more subtle in her response to the split. After releasing her initial statement, she posted a TikTok video where she mouthed along to the lyrics, “I think the whole world’s addicted to the drama.” Ellis hopped into the comments section to stand by her, writing, “Keep shining 🤘🏾💜 , let em talk.”
