‘1000-lb Sisters’ Star Tammy Slaton Is Engaged: Meet Her Fiancée Andrea Dalton
Tammy Slaton is engaged! The 1000-lb Sisters star casually announced that she and girlfriend Andrea Dalton have taken the next step in their relationship.
While appearing on the June 24 episode of the Creative Chaos podcast, Slaton casually referred to Dalton, whom she first introduced to fans on the TLC show in April, as her fiancée. “Me and my fiancée, we kind of just chill at home,” Slaton said when asked what she likes to do when she’s not filming.

How did Tammy Slaton and Andrea Dalton meet?
“Tammy and I met on a dating app,” Dalton confirmed on 1000-lb Sisters, adding that she hadn’t been on the app for a long time before they matched. “We just started talking. It’s been, like, every day since.”
Prior to meeting Slaton, Dalton was in a 10-year relationship and said she didn’t “date very often.” Meanwhile, Slaton previously came out as pansexual but said she doesn’t “want to be with men anymore” following the 2023 death of her husband, Caleb Willingham.
When did Tammy Slaton and Andrea Dalton meet?
The two met in either 2023 or 2024. During one of their first dates, which was filmed for Season 7 of 1000-lb Sisters, Dalton mentioned that it was the year 2024, but ScreenRant reported that they started dating in mid-2023.
“I have been seeing someone for the last couple of months, and it’s going really well,” Slaton shared on the show. “I think I want to approach this relationship different than I have in the past, so I haven’t told my family [yet].” A subsequent scene showed her opening up to some of her family members about the relationship.
“I like everything about [Andrea],” Slaton gushed. “We have been getting very close. I do have feelings for Andrea, but right now we’re just taking things slow, day by day.” Dalton added, “She’s got the biggest heart I’ve ever seen. She can be hard-headed sometimes, but she’s great.”
Was Andrea Dalton arrested?
Dalton was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in 2021, but after she completed a diversion program, the charges were dropped, per ScreenRant. The following year, she was arrested for reckless driving and speeding. She had to pay a fine and complete community service. Dalton also reportedly has a citation for driving without a license in 2020.
