‘When Calls the Heart’: Elizabeth & Nathan Return to Hope Valley Together in Season 13 Video
Stop everything, Hearties! Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) and Nathan (Kevin McGarry) are back! When Calls the Heart just kicked off Season 13 filming, and Krakow shared a brand-new video that will make your heart melt.
Krakow began filming the milestone season of the Hallmark series just days after she announced that she had married When Calls the Heart costar Ben Rosenbaum. The actress didn’t waste any time stepping back into Elizabeth Thornton’s shoes.
The Santa Tell Me star posted a video of herself and costar McGarry dressed as their characters, Elizabeth and Nathan. They walked alongside Hyland Goodrich and Jaeda Lily Miller, who play Little Jack and Allie, respectively. Ever since Elizabeth and Nathan officially got together, they’ve been dedicated to keeping their blended family united.
“We got homesick. 😉 @wcth_tv is back in action filming Season 13!” the Instagram caption read. Krakow wore a loose dress and hat, while McGarry wore a three-piece suit — and was still sporting a mustache! Elizabeth, Nathan, Allie, and Jack sweetly held hands as they walked in the field in front of the Hope Valley church and schoolhouse.

The caption is a confirmation that Elizabeth, Nathan, Allie, and Little Jack will be making their way back to Hope Valley after their journey to Cape Fullerton. At the end of Season 12, Elizabeth left with Little Jack after issues with insulin delivery for his diabetes diagnosis.
In the middle of the night, Elizabeth and Little Jack said goodbye to Hope Valley for the moment, but Nathan and Allie soon joined them. “Where you go, I go,” Nathan promised Elizabeth.
