For more than a year, Ainsley Earhardt and Sean Hannity have been navigating a long-distance relationship. The Hannity host decided to permanently move to Florida in January 2024, while Earhardt remains in New York with her daughter from a previous relationship.

Now, the Fox & Friends host is giving new details about how she and her fiancé manage to keep their relationship strong, despite not living together full time.

“It’s not conventional. We live on opposite ends of the East Coast, but when you love someone, you make it work,” Earhardt told Daily Mail. Earhardt explained that she and her daughter, Hayden, travel to Florida every weekend to be with Hannity. They leave once the 9-year-old finishes school on Friday afternoons.

“I love my time with Sean in Palm Beach,” she confirmed. “We always do a family brunch after church on Sunday, and then Hayden and I fly back. I love my New York life, too.” Hayden’s dad is Earhardt’s second husband, Will Proctor, whom she married in 2012 and divorced in 2019. Since he lives in New York, Earhardt and Hayden need to be close by to maintain their custody schedule.

Earhardt and Hannity got engaged in December 2024, but she has no plans to permanently relocate to Florida. She described her coparenting situation with Proctor as amicable and confirmed that she and Hannity will sign a prenup when they tie the knot.

The pair quietly started dating in 2019 following her divorce from Proctor and his from Jill Rhodes, whom he married in 1993 and shares two children with. Before Proctor, Earhardt was married to Kevin McKinney from 2005 to 2009.

“We fell in love a few years ago, and it’s been a wonderful ride,” Earhardt said on Fox & Friends after she and Hannity announced their engagement. “He’s so fun and funny and nice and the most generous man I’ve ever met.”
