Are ’The Challenge’s Olivia Kaiser & Theo Campbell Still Together?
Olivia Kaiser and Theo Campbell are one of the more recent couples to come out of The Challenge universe. The two met while filming Season 40 of the show in early 2024 and went public with the relationship that June.
“He not only accepts but encourages me to be 100% myself,” Kaiser shared at the time. “I’m never TOO much or not enough. I ❤️him.” The two are both cast members on Season 41 of the show, as well.

Yes, Kaiser and Campbell’s relationship has been in full swing for more than a year now. They continue to keep fans updated on their romance with social media posts.
Although he’s from the U.K. and she’s from Alaska, they’ve managed to make their relationship work. Much of their time together is spent traveling.
Campbell paid tribute to Kaiser on her 33rd birthday in July 2025, writing on Instagram, “Happy birthday baby girl ❤️ Been a wild ride since we met.” Days later, she wrote her own tribute for his birthday: “This year has taken us on the craziest ride, and through it all, you’ve been my calm, my comfort, and my best friend.”

Kaiser is currently pregnant with the pair’s first child together! They announced the pregnancy via Instagram on July 6, and later revealed that they’re having a baby boy. “Our sweetest little secret 🤍👶🏽✨🍼🌙…” the pair wrote in a joint Instagram post. “We’ve been enjoying some time off the grid — embracing the quiet, the love, and the magic of what’s to come. Now it’s time to let you in on the journey… Our little one is arriving soon.”
The Love Island USA alum said that her due date is December 5, 2025.
In addition to their upcoming baby boy, Campbell also shares a son named Aries with Sapphire Yhnell. Yhnell, who is an influencer, reportedly has primary custody of the child.
