‘When Calls the Heart’: Erin Krakow Reveals ‘Confidential’ Look at Elizabeth & Nathan in Season 13
When Calls the Heart Season 13 production is in full swing, and this cast is the best at giving fans a look at what’s going on in Hope Valley. As soon as the cast and crew reunited in Vancouver to film the next installment of the hit Hallmark series, the joy was apparent.
Erin Krakow is known for documenting her time on set, and she hasn’t disappointed Hearties in the slightest. Fresh off her video showing Elizabeth, Nathan (Kevin McGarry), Allie (Jaeda Lily Miller), and Little Jack (Hyland Goodrich) back in Hope Valley after their rushed Season 12 finale exit to Cape Fullerton, Krakow shared a new glimpse of Season 13.
Krakow posted a screenshot of footage featuring her and McGarry as Elizabeth and Nathan. They were in character filming a scene with the church in the background, but Krakow and McGarry took a moment to goof off while filming Season 13. “Tag someone who makes you smile like thiiiiis,” Krakow captioned the Instagram photo.

McGarry commented, “CONFIDENTIAL!” While it’s not a spoiler to see Elizabeth and Nathan together, the bottom of the screenshot read, “Propietary and Confidential Hallmark Media.” The official When Calls the Heart Instagram accounted add a shocked face emoji to McGarry’s comment. Krakow added, “Some things are just meant to be shared.”
The milestone 13th season of the Hallmark drama series is expected to premiere in 2026. At the end of last season, Elizabeth and Little Jack made a last-minute dash to Cape Fullerton in the middle of the night when Elizabeth learned that her son’s insulin wouldn’t arrive to Hope Valley in time. Little Jack had been diagnosed with diabetes earlier in Season 12.
As Elizabeth and Little Jack made their way out of town by carriage, they were joined by Nathan and Allie. “Where you go, I go,” Nathan told Elizabeth. After finally admitting their feelings for each other at the end of Season 11, Elizabeth and Nathan are all in now. Could an engagement be on the horizon? Let’s hope so!
