Ken Jennings is in the homes of millions every night as the host of Jeopardy!, but when he’s not hosting the show, he’s a family man himself. The Jeopardy! champion has been married to wife Mindy Jennings for more than two decades.

How did Ken Jennings meet his wife?
Ken and Mindy met while they were both students at Brigham Young University (BYU) in the late 1990s. Mindy was a theater major, while Ken was pursuing a double major in English and computer science. They met in 1996.
However, the two didn’t start dating right away. Although Ken told Mindy’s roommates that he was going to take her out, he didn’t end up doing so until nine months later. The couple got engaged while still in college, then tied the knot in September 2000, just months after graduating.
What does Ken Jennings’ wife do for a living?
Mindy is a former preschool teacher. It’s unclear how long she worked in the profession. She has no public social media accounts to keep fans updated on what she does now.
Does Ken Jennings have kids?
Yes, Ken and Mindy have two children. Their son, Dylan, was born in 2002, followed by a daughter, Caitlin, in 2006.
In October 2022, Ken shared a rare photo of Dylan at a baseball game and revealed that his eldest child was then a sophomore in college.
“Parenting is always a moving target. You’re really just responding to the current needs of the kid, which might be different [needs] than six months ago,” Ken said in a 2021 interview with Yahoo! Life. “So it’s a lot of listening, because the kid will tell you what you need, but it’s not going to be what you expect and it’s not what you remember you needing at their age.”
Where does Ken Jennings live?
Ken and his family reside in Seattle. Jeopardy! tapes in Los Angeles, so he has to fly to California twice a month to work on the show. He previously lived in Salt Lake City after college before relocating to Washington with his wife.
