Who Plays Enid’s New Love Interest in ‘Wednesday’ Season 2? Meet Newcomer Noah B. Taylor

[Warning: The below contains minor spoilers for Wednesday Season 2 Part 1.]
Sorry to break it to you, Wenclair shippers, but Enid’s (Emma Myers) got a brand-new love interest in Wednesday Season 2.
In Season 1 of the Netflix series, Wednesday’s werewolf roomie had a sweet romance with gorgon Ajax (Georgie Farmer), but this time around, Enid’s love life is a whole lot more complicated. (And no, it has nothing to do with Wednesday.) In the first half of Season 2, Enid only has eyes for her packmate Bruno (Noah B. Taylor). It puts her smack dab in the middle of a sort of love triangle, since she’s slow to officially break things off with Ajax.
Who exactly is this new werewolf character, and how does he fit into the Wednesday universe? Who’s the actor behind Bruno? Read on for a full breakdown.
Who is Noah B. Taylor?
Taylor is a Philippines-born actor who splits his time between New York and Glasgow, Scotland. He’s a drama student at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, according to Rolling Stone, and he’d been studying there for two semesters when he found out he landed the role of Bruno. In an interview with Pop Culture with Pat, Taylor explained that he was even studying animal movements in class when he found out, which was “perfect timing.”
The actor, who’s likely in his late teens or early twenties, also doubles as a musician. He’s in a band called One Minute Friend, which he formed with his brother and releases its debut album this month.
“I definitely see acting and music as two sides of the same coin for me,” he told Rolling Stone. “They are both outlets for vulnerability and connection, but acting is a much more collaborative experience where you are a part of something bigger than yourself, while I have a lot more control over the final product of my music as I handle all the recording, mixing, and mastering.”

When asked what Wednesday character he would get along with in real life, Taylor went with Ajax. “Maybe I’m biased because I love Georgie,” he told Pop Culture with Pat, later revealing that it was difficult for him and Farmer to keep straight faces when they had to act like bitter rivals. “I think that we would have a good dynamic and a balance. I think Ajax might be a little anxious. He’s a little neurotic sometimes, and I can get like that. But he’s also got some confidence and I think we’d sort of… even each other out.”
Who does Noah B. Taylor play in Wednesday Season 2?
Taylor describes Bruno as the new wolf on campus. “He’s definitely got a certain air of confidence to him that he carries around and you’ll get to see him sort of develop interesting relationships with each of the characters,” he said in his Pop Culture with Pat interview. He also went on to mention that he looked to Masatoshi Nagase’s performance in Mystery Train to inform Bruno’s coolness factor.
Though he definitely comes across as more assured compared to Ajax, Bruno also has some hidden vulnerabilities. When he and Enid are held captive and look death right in the face, Bruno reveals that he was a late bloomer in terms of “wolfing out.” He has that in common with Enid, who overcame that problem by the end of Season 1, and it brings them closer together.
“Emma is incredible to work with,” Taylor said of his costar. “She’s so professional, and she made my job very easy. She gives so much when she’s acting that all I felt I had to do was just sort of receive and then just reflect back.”
What has Noah B. Taylor been in before?
Wednesday is Taylor’s first major role, though his credits also include a 2023 episode of Law & Order: Organized Crime. After breaking out in such a popular show, we’re willing to bet that we’ll see Taylor in more projects before long.
