This Pod Squad member is not afraid to spill the tea on their off-screen Love Is Blind: UK engagement.

On August 20, 2025, a member of the Love Is Blind: UK Season 2 cast took to TikTok to reveal that he found love in the pods, even though his relationship was not featured on the show. The Pod Squader in question? The 30-year-old barber shop owner, Ross Millington.

While the show followed five main couples outside of the pods as they took their engagement to new heights by seeing each other for the first time in person, and then traveling to Greece as a couple. In a cheeky remark, Ross confirmed to his followers that he was on the show, did get engaged, but didn’t live out his (everyone’s) Mamma Mia! dreams by heading to Greece with the love of his life. He shared, “That was me, I didn’t make it to Greece unfortunately. Reveal went well, though.”

With his candid confession about his time on the show, fans were quick to question who the Cheshire, England, native got on one knee for during his time in the pods. While Ross has not confirmed who his (almost) leading lady was, Netflix published an article confirming that one Love Is Blind: UK couple was not shown in Season 2: Amy and James.

If you’re shocked to read that Netflix’s couple debut does not include Ross, you’re not alone. However, the article does reveal that while Amy and James are dating today, Amy had been proposed to by Ross during their time in the pods. What a complicated off-screen journey!

According to Netflix, while five couples left the pods together, “Another not-so-linear romance was developing between Amy and James, two singles who didn’t leave the pods engaged to one another. In fact, Amy even said yes to a proposal from another UK dater, Ross M. But, in a twist of fate, she found her way back to James.”

While Amy and Ross did get engaged, within a day of his proposal, they both felt a clear disconnect, which Amy blamed on their “vastly different values and senses of humor.” Therefore, finding out that they would not be continuing their journey on camera was a “blessing in disguise.” According to Amy, the next day she asked Ross, “Are we just leaving things here? Because I think that’s for the best. I don’t think we’re right for each other.” From her perspective, Ross agreed, and they went their separate ways.
