No, Guarnaschelli and Castellon called off their engagement in early 2022, less than two years after he popped the question. After the pair removed all photos of each other from Instagram, Castellon confirmed the breakup to Closer in February 2022. “Wishing her nothing but the best,” he said.
For the most part, Guarnaschelli has been tight-lipped about the split. However, she did offer advice to a fan dealing with a breakup in 2023. “I started over more than once, and it is scary,” she admitted. “There’s nothing that can take fear away. Try to look at it also as a lucky chance for you to find deeper and more rewarding happiness for yourself. I believe you really will. And that is really exciting.”

The exes met in 2016 while Guarnaschelli was dining at a restaurant where Castellon worked.
“I was out to dinner with a friend and at a restaurant, and I knew the waiter, and I was eating dinner and I said, ‘This steak is just so good,'” she previously told People. “And the waiter, my friend, said, ‘Oh my God, my best friend is the cook, the chef, here. He’s amazing. You got to meet him.’ I went in to meet him and tell him the steak was delicious and that was it.”

No, the former couple did not have any children together. However, the Food Network star does share a daughter, Ava, with ex-husband Brandon Clark, whom she was married to from 2007 to 2015. Ava was born in 2007.
Who is Alex Guarnaschelli’s ex-husband?
Guarnaschelli met Clark in 2006. He was working as a lawyer at the time and took a cooking class she was teaching at the Institute of Culinary Education. As his interest in cooking grew, he got a part-time job at Guarnaschelli’s New York City restaurant, Butter.
Clark eventually suffered a finger injury and shifted his focus to music instead of cooking. He and Guarnaschelli continued to coparent their daughter after splitting in 2015.
