Before 2005, Charlie O’Connell was best known as Jerry O’Connell‘s brother. He was also an actor, with roles in television shows including Sliders and Crossing Jordan, and films such as Cruel Intentions and Dude, Where’s My Car? Then, he was thrust into the spotlight in a major way as the lead for Season 7 of The Bachelor.

No, O’Connell and Brice broke up. They were together on-and-off for five years before splitting for good in 2010.

“I think it was a mutual breakup,” he told People. “The thing is that we dated for five years and were just arguing over the same things and stuff like that. And then eventually you’ve got to go your separate ways.”

Yes, O’Connell has found love again. In 2018, he tied the knot with Playboy Playmate Anna Sophia Berglund, who is 11 years his junior. The couple got married in May 2018, just two months after they confirmed their engagement. They wed in Montauk, New York.

Does Charlie O’Connell have children?

Yes, O’Connell and Berglund have one child. Their daughter, Quinn, was born in 2020.

“My favorite part of 2020 was welcoming my daughter into the world,” Berglund wrote on Instagram at the end of that year.

O’Connell is also an uncle to his brother and Rebecca Romijn‘s twins. In 2018, O’Connell’s brother opened up about the former Bachelor lead’s experience on the show. “It did get pretty stressful toward the end, I could tell, for my brother. It definitely peaks into a stressful situation,” Charlie told People.
