Jannik Sinner is currently the #1 tennis player in the world. The Italian athlete is looking to defend his title at the US Open in the 2025 tournament, and he’s well on his way.
After defeating fellow Italian Lorenzo Musetti in the quarterfinals, Sinner returns to the court on Friday, September 5, for his semi-finals matchup against Canada’s Félix Auger-Aliassime. Of course, all of the attention on him right now has many speculating about his love life.

Are Jannik Sinner and Anna Kalinskaya still together?
No, Sinner and Kalinskaya are no longer together. Sinner dated the Russian tennis player for about a year before splitting earlier this year. He confirmed the breakup during a press conference for the Italian Open in May.
The tournament was Sinner’s first following a three-month suspension for doping, and he noted the increased attention on his personal life during his time off the court.
“I was very surprised to see some pictures, which, you know, nothing serious…I’m not in a relationship,” he insisted. “So, whoever is asking, that’s it. It’s all good.”

Sinner had first confirmed his relationship with Kalinskaya one year earlier in May 2024. “You know, I don’t like to talk much about my private life,” Sinner said, per Tennis.com. “Yes, I’m with Anna, but we keep everything very confidential. I won’t say more.”
He briefly opened up about the relationship in an interview with Vanity Fair Italia that summer. “Of course, it’s not easy. I travel a lot and during tournaments, I’m very focused,” he shared. “But I think it’s a beautiful thing when you find the right love. Like for everyone. And then, if you think about it, the best tennis players in the world all have wives and children.”
Are Jannik Sinner and Brooks Nader dating?
Following his split from Kalinskaya, Sinner was romantically linked to Sports Illustrated supermodel Brooks Nader. Her sisters teased her about the romance when they all made an appearance on Page Six Radio in August, with Grace Ann Nader confirming that Brooks had received DMs from athletes who play both on the field and court. She later clarified that the court she was referring to was “not the NBA court.”

“[His name] rhymes with winner,” Grace Ann added, as Brooks was blushing. During the Love Thy Nader finale, which was filmed earlier this summer, she revealed, “There is one guy who I cannot wait to see what happens there,” but did not share his identity.
Brooks fueled the speculation by attending the US Open on August 31, although she was not in attendance for Sinner’s match, specifically. She also played coy when asked about the rumors on an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Who else has Jannik Sinner dated?
Before he was with Kalinskaya, Sinner dated Maria Braccini on-and-off for over three years. The exact timeline of their relationship is unclear. However, when it was speculated earlier this year that they were back together because she was in Rome while he was playing in the Italian Open, she shut down the rumors.
“No. No return, no boyfriend! Please…” she responded to a fan on Instagram, in a message translated from Italian.
Braccini is a model and internet personality. She and Sinner first started dating in 2020 and split for good by 2024.
