On September 14, Bledel, who won her first Emmy in 2018, is set to take the stage at the Primetime Emmys on CBS alongside her Gilmore Girls costar, Lauren Graham. This public reunion is set to be the mother/daughter duo’s first since Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life premiered on Netflix almost a decade ago, back in 2016.

Who is Alexis Bledel dating?
As of right now, it appears that Alexis Bledel is single. While the actress has dated publicly in the past, she has not been publicly attached to anyone since her divorce in 2022. The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants actress is also not active on social media and keeps her personal life out of the spotlight.
Who was Alexis Bledel married to?
Bledel was married from 2014 to 2022 to her Mad Men costar Vincent Kartheiser. Ironically, Bledel met Kartheiser when she joined the cast of Mad Men during Season 5 to play Kartheiser’s character Pete Campbell’s mistress. They started dating in 2012. Fans did not know much about the couple’s relationship status until Bledel’s Gilmore Girls costar, Scott Patterson, spilled the beans that Bledel had given birth to their son in 2015.
“She’s really blossomed as a woman and now she’s a proud new mother and married and happy,” Patterson told Glamour in 2016. “We’re comparing notes because my son [born July 2014] is about a year and a half older than her young son. I’m showing her photos and videos and what to expect. We’re just really enjoying each other’s company.”
Kartheiser filed for divorce on August 10, 2022. “They didn’t have a huge circle of friends but they both made up for it with very thriving and busy careers — almost to a fault,” a source told Us Weekly regarding their split. “Vincent has always been a little bit of a lone wolf and he’s going to benefit from time on his own.”
Who has Alexis Bledel dated in the past?
While Gilmore Girls fans do not know who the father of Rory’s baby is, we do know that Bledel was Team Jess in real life. Bledel started dating Milo Ventimiglia back in 2002, halfway through his first season on the show. Thrilling Gilmore Girls fans everywhere, the couple stayed together for four years, breaking up in 2006, less than a year after he uttered the iconic line, “Why did you drop out of Yale?!”
Bledel and Ventimiglia did reunite onscreen briefly in Gilmore Girl: A Year in the Life. The This Is Us actor has since married Jarah Mariano. They welcomed their first child in January 2024, the same month they lost their home in the California wildfires.
