‘Big Brother’: Vince Panaro Reacts to Morgan Cheating Rumors After Awkward Zingbot Roast
Big Brother fans have been bracing themself to hear Zingbot‘s complete roast of Vince Panaro and Morgan Pope‘s in-house relationship, but the reality was even more awkward than we could have imagined.
On the September 17 episode of Big Brother, Vince and Morgan’s alleged “cheatmance” came into full focus as the series’ roasting robot entered the house. While live feed viewers knew this brutal zing was coming, nothing could have prepared us for how uncomfortable the moment truly was. Big Brother‘s official YouTube page even posted the moment titled, “Did Zingbot go too far?”
At the end of the episode, Vince told viewers, “I don’t want the public perception to be that I’m cheating. Emotionally cheating or physically cheating. We just work closely together, have a good bond, and that’s all it is. So forget about the zing. Who cares? It’s a joke.”
Below, you can find a full recap of Zingbot’s “cheatmance” roast, Vince and Morgan’s reaction, and what the other houseguests have been saying about what their relationship really looks like from inside the house.

From nearly the onset of the episode, the other houseguest’s confessionals were focused on the nature of Vince and Morgan’s relationship. As Kelley Jorgensen put it, “Vince never has time for anyone but Morgan. I guess [it’s] just a really, really close friendship. I’ve never seen them do anything, but they are together a lot.” Kelley later told Keanu Soto, “Now they’re sleeping in the same bed, she’s always rubbing his back, taking such good care of him…”
Agreeing with his fellow houseguest, Keanu reflected, “Yeah, that’s not a good look. Well, if I was his girlfriend, I’d be pissed… They’re sleeping in the same bed.” In a confessional, he continued, “Very odd to me, you know, that he’s had a girlfriend for seven years, said he’d like to propose or whatever. That’s not for me, but hey.” He continued, “The optics don’t look very good. To me, it looks like emotional cheating.”
Following the entire cast leaving the HOH room as Morgan and Vince engaged in an incredibly long hug, Keanu quipped, “What show are we on? On Cheating Island? Did I say that out loud?” As live feed and avid BB TikTok viewers know, this quickly became the most infamous moment of the season because Kelley reported the comment back to Vince.

In response, Vince shook his head while telling viewers, “Apparently, people around the house are making jokes, because what else are you supposed to do at this point in the game. But I just hope that America doesn’t think that either of us are doing anything unethical. It’s on camera 24/7, so it’s not like I’m trying to do anything sneaky.”
As tensions rose in the house, Big Brother‘s roasting robot, Zingbot, entered the house to give the “losers” a piece of his mind. This season, Zingbot took to calling Vince a “34-year-old crybaby who’s unemployed and lives with his mom and dad,” arguing, “I’d zing you but life beat me to it.”
Moving on to Morgan, Zingbot asked, “What do you call someone who lights up when Vince enters the room, gives him long, passionate hugs, and warm, affectionate cuddles?” While Morgan responded, “A number one?” Zingbot declared, “His girlfriend.”

In Morgan’s defense, Vince clarified, “You’re talking about my girlfriend, right? You’re not talking about Morgan.” As the other houseguests stood in front of Zingbot stunned, Morgan sang “Pizza Time!” before heading into the kitchen behind them (while Zingbot was still standing there) to cut a frozen pizza. Yikes!
As Zingbot continued to stand there, Morgan told Vince, “I mean, I get it, but it’s like, I obviously have respect for the fact that you have a girlfriend.” Zingbot’s reaction? “I guess I’ll see myself out.” Following the zing, Vince told viewers directly, “First of all, for the whole world, Morgan and I have a very 100% platonic friendship.”
Factioning into another room, Morgan told Vince it was “a lame zing… None of this has ever been that way.” The two then entered another “long hug,” pizza in hand. Back in the kitchen, the other houseguests stated, “We knew it was coming.”

In a confessional, Morgan reflected, “I just never once in my mind thought it was like that ever. Like, literally ever. And then the zing happens, and I’m like ‘What the f**k?’ I’m not his girlfriend, I don’t want to be his girlfriend.”
When he came in to check on them, Morgan told Keanu, “I’ve done everything to make sure I’m respectful. Okay, big hugs, bro? Like it’s a f**king hug. It would be different if I’m trying to hold his hand, rub his back—” Keanu then cut in to remind her, “You have rubbed his back.” Morgan then concluded, “That’s why it kind of bothers me. It’s gonna come off like we’re doing something that isn’t happening.”
Keanu later told Vince, “I know she’s upset about the whole girlfriend comment and things like that, but she is acting like that. You know, like that’s true.” He proceeded to talk about Vince’s relationship with his real girlfriend, Kelsey, stating, “I don’t know you and Kelsey’s relationship. I don’t know how she acts with all her guy friends. Maybe, for all I know, this is normal. That’s why I never made a comment about it. It’s none of my business. But, the perception for like a lot of the people is that’s really odd behavior.”
By the end of the episode, Vince had addressed the “cheatmance” situation. He stressed that he was not “emotionally cheating or physically cheating” with Morgan. He sought to move on from the Zingbot drama.
