When did Jen Affleck have her third baby?
Jen gave birth to her third baby on July 2, 2025. She posted, “Baby Penelope is here 🤍 & she is perfect.” Giving fans an inside look at her delivery, she shared, “Going unmedicated was truly the most painful but empowering experience of my life. I could not have done it without Zac and my supportive doula! I’m so grateful and so happy that Penny is earth side now. 🤍”
The 26-year-old was announced as one of the new DWTS Season 34 cast members, along with Whitney Leavitt, during The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 2 reunion special, which aired on July 1.
Jen revealed to TV Insider that she had no hesitation about heading into Dancing with the Stars training just a few months after giving birth. “I am looking forward to the challenge and helping inspire other women [with] what our bodies are capable of,” she said. “I ran a marathon a few weeks after our last baby, so I know my body can handle a lot. If anything, it will help me with postpartum depression and the baby blues! So I am grateful and looking forward to it. Dance the depression away!”
That being said, she admitted, “It will take a village. I have a nanny, assistant, and Zac helping out full-time. It won’t be easy, but I have an entire team behind me supporting me in this dream of mine.”

Jen and Zac’s oldest daughter is a three-year-old named Nora, who was born on November 6, 2021. On her third birthday, Jen posted, “It’s hard to believe that my little bean is already three years old. 🥲 Nora brings so much joy and light into our lives, and I feel incredibly blessed to be her mom 🥺 There are countless things that I adore about her – she’s spunky, kind, and full of life. No matter what her mood may be, she always loves music and dancing. She’s always seeking out fun and is an amazing big sister to her little ‘bubbas.’ To us, she truly is everything.”

Penelope Affleck
Jen and Zac’s youngest is Penelope, although they often refer to her as Penny. On July 2, Affleck revealed that she had given birth, later posting, “Even though she’s my third baby, I’m just as in awe, as if it was the first time 🥺🤍.” The day before Jen revealed that she had been cast on Dancing with the Stars, she told her followers, “I have some exciting things to share tomorrow🤍 but before I do, I want to take a moment to reflect on my pregnancy.” She stated, “It began with the pain of saying goodbye to my grandma, someone I loved so deeply. Her death marked loss, but also a much deeper realization of needed change. Change for myself, my marriage, and life in general.”
Continuing, Affleck confessed, “This journey taught me that it’s okay to not be okay and, more importantly, that it’s okay to ask for help. As mothers, we pour so much into others that we forget to care for ourselves, but you can’t pour from an empty cup. I learned to lean on therapy, Zac’s support, the love of those closest to me, and my relationship with God. I am eternally grateful for those who were there for me. You’re my angels and the answers to my prayers. Through it all, I was reminded that motherhood is the greatest gift God can give 🤍 I can’t wait for this next chapter.”
