When Megan Walerius introduced herself as “Sparkle Megan” in the Love Is Blind Season 9 pods, no one knew what to expect. The nickname was quirky, a little over the top, and definitely made an impression. She quickly became a fan favorite over the course of the season. At the Season 9 reunion, which dropped on October 29, Megan made a bombshell revelation. She’s dating someone new, and she has a baby! Talk about PodSquad whiplash. During the season, Megan got engaged to the Pod Squad’s single dad, Jordan Keltner, who had a 5-year-old son back home. As soon as she met Jordan in person, she enthusiastically told the camera, “Sparkle Megan just got more sparkle!” During the finale, Megan and Jordan were among the few couples still planning to walk down the aisle, as Megan had recently met Jordan’s son and ex-girlfriend. However, viewers now know that Megan called things off before they could make it to their big day.

Early in the pods, Megan explained that her friends have long called her “Sparkle Megan.” The reason? She loves glittery, shiny things, such as sequins, sparkles, and rhinestones — you name it. She even showed up to the pods in sequined sneakers, fully living up to the brand.
During an interview with Swooon, Megan revealed that she is one of two Megans in her Denver friend group (just like there was in the pods). She told us, “They actually call me Sparkle, just Sparkle. But, you know, obviously, I need to have my name in there.”

Who is Megan dating now?
When we spoke with Megan, we couldn’t help but ask her about her love life today. However, the reality star chose to keep that answer to herself. “I prefer to keep personal life private now. I think this whole experience was just such a big deep dive into my personal life. I’m just kind of gonna keep that to myself,” she said at the time.
At the reunion, which aired on October 29, Megan confirmed that she has a new boyfriend named Paul, and they have a newborn baby named Brooks. (After some digging, we found out his name is Paul Wegman.) Their relationship started in July 2024 after they were introduced by a mutual friend. Megan found out she was pregnant just three months after they began dating.

While Megan hasn’t shared specifics about her address (for obvious reasons), Love Is Blind contestants this season are based in Denver, Colorado. During the season, Sparkle Megan revealed that she recently moved back to Colorado from California. She did specify that she lives alone and owns her house. However, while the show was still airing, Megan was photographed outside of her house with a mystery man and a baby multiple times.

Before stepping into the pods, Megan built a successful career in the oil and gas industry, but the grind of her job took a toll on her health. About five years ago, she pivoted into wellness, becoming a Holistic Nutrition Consultant and founding Veyda, a brand centered on clean living and personal transformation.
On her website, Megan explains: “I partner with brands that align with my values—prioritizing wellness, clean living, and personal transformation.” She also holds a degree in business marketing from Arizona State University, is a certified yoga instructor, and continues to expand her footprint in the health and wellness space.

Speaking of her luxury car, Megan never actually revealed the make and model that she owns, despite her match throwing a few options out there. Based on photos from after the show, it turns out that Sparkle Megan drives a Range Rover. And before you ask, no, it isn’t bedazzled—yet.

In a Love Is Blind first, Sparkle Megan found herself in a love square — yes, three matches at once. Megan was dating Blake Anderson, Mike Brockway, and Jordan Keltner in the pods, navigating a whirlwind of connections.
Blake exited first, leaving Megan with two options and the classic reality‑show love triangle. Her connection with Jordan deepened over heartfelt conversations, especially about his son Luca’s diabetes — a topic close to Megan’s heart, as her father also lived with the condition and faced serious complications. Alongside these meaningful talks, there were lighter moments, too, including Megan teasingly suspecting Jordan had BDE (Big Dick Energy). She even considered friend-zoning him, but quickly changed her mind.
Then there was Mike, the other corner of the triangle. Their conversations were lighter and flirtier, with Megan admitting he was very much her “usual type.” The pair bonded over shared values, especially around health and wellness, sparking a playful chemistry that kept things complicated. But in the pods, there could only be one fiancé.
Did Megan get engaged in the pods?
In the end, Megan chose Jordan. She ended things with Mike, even though she admitted in the real world she might have gone for him, and accepted Jordan’s proposal with tears, a grin, and a resounding yes. Jordan, clearly smitten, had already started calling her “Mrs. Keltner.”

Her reveal dress may not have had sparkles, but it was a bold, hot pink number we definitely approve of. Of course, Megan stayed true to her name with a pair of sparkly shoes because Sparkle Megan never disappoints. Jordan certainly agreed, describing her as his “ideal woman” and joking about “putting the vasectomy to good use.”
Things seemed rosy in Mexico for the newly engaged couple… at least until a group hang took a turn. After the guys got a little too tipsy, tensions flared, and Megan candidly told Jordan he was irritating her. Drama in paradise, indeed.
Once they arrived back in Denver, tension quickly arose as Megan and Jordan tried to navigate their different financial situations, while finding a time for Megan to meet his son, Luca, off-camera.
Megan also had a conversation with her Pod Squad ex Mike at a cast meetup. She opened up to Swooon about why Mike wasn’t the right fit for her. “We did have a strong connection in the pods, but I think I just started to see some of the same patterns that I saw with previous relationships,” she said. “Obviously, I didn’t see him physically, but I think just even the way he spoke, and there was one evening where he respectfully walked out on me, and that was kind of a red flag.”
Did Megan get married?
Unfortunately, Megan called things off with Jordan before their wedding day. During an interview with Swooon, Megan broke down her decision, explaining, “For me, entering into a marriage, I was kind of in the mindset like, if this isn’t a hell yes, then it’s a no. And I think there was one day where I caught myself saying, like, well, I can always get divorced. And I think that was very telling for me that this just wasn’t the right move.”
