‘Golden Bachelorette’s Joan Vassos & Chock Chapple Reunite in NYC After a Month Apart
Joan Vassos and Chock Chapple are back together again! The couple recently spent some time together in New York City and revealed in a video taken during their reunion that they’d been apart for more than a month.
With fans beginning to wonder whether The Golden Bachelorette couple was actually still together, they set minds at ease with plenty of content from their trip.
“We’re still together, see?” Vassos asked in one clip, as Chapple kissed her on the cheek. “Still love him!”
When Swooon caught up with Chapple in September, he revealed why he hadn’t seen his bride-to-be in a few weeks. “She’s on a special project,” Chapple dished. “I can’t go into any details about that, but I haven’t seen her for a month, and it could be another two more weeks.”

He did give some more hints, though, by adding, “We talk every day, but it’s tough because she’s a couple of time zones away. I can’t say anything, the audience will just have to wait and see what she’s up to.” So, Vassos was seemingly no longer on East Coast time when she was away for this project, but she was still able to check in with Chapple. Any guesses?!
Either way, the project is clearly wrapped now, so Vassos and Chapple are back to their regularly scheduled programming. With her living in Maryland and him in Kansas, New York has always been a favorite spot for them to meet up when they want some alone time in a neutral city. In one of their new social media updates, they confirmed that they’re still hoping to find a place of their own to rent in the Big Apple, but they haven’t locked down an apartment yet.
In a recap post from the weekend, Vassos revealed that she and Chapple saw a Broadway show, walked around Central Park, spent time with her son and his new wife, went shopping, ate pizza, went out to dinner, and more.
