Did Kim Kardashian & Tom Brady Date? She Reacts to the Viral Rumors
Kim Kardashian is an open book and has been throughout her nearly 20 years in the spotlight. She’s had a number of public relationships that she hasn’t shied away from talking about.
But one topic that she’s been more tight-lipped about is the rumor that she was romantically involved with Tom Brady. While appearing on the October 15 episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast with host Alex Cooper, Kardashian was asked about just how serious things got between her and the Super Bowl champion.

Did Kim Kardashian and Tom Brady date?
While Kardashian did not directly address the dating rumors during her Call Her Daddy interview, she certainly did not deny them. Brady’s name came up when Cooper asked Kardashian to play a game of F**k, Marry, Kill (Exes Edition). The exes in question were Pete Davidson, Brady, and Kris Humphries.
After the podcast host said each name, Kardashian responded with, “Mhmm,” and did not shoot down the idea that Brady was one of her exes. She didn’t answer the question, though, noting, “I’ll get in way too much trouble there.”
Cooper wasn’t going to just let it go, though. “How serious were you and Tom Brady?” she asked. “Like, a date?” Kardashian didn’t budge. “I’m not going to answer,” she said, although she seemingly had more to add. “It’s like, he’s…” she began, before getting cut off when she received a phone call from sister Kylie Jenner.
Kardashian had previously addressed the rumors at Netflix’s The Roast of Tom Brady in 2024. “Speaking of Tom and I dating, I know there were some rumors that we were. And I’d never say if we did or not … I’d just release the tape,” she joked, also poking fun at herself.

When did the Kim Kardashian and Tom Brady dating rumors start?
Rumors that Kardashian and Brady were a couple first began circulating online in May 2023. At the time, he was fresh off his divorce from Gisele Bündchen. The speculation started when Kardashian was spotted being driven around a Bahamas neighborhood where Brady has a home. It was rumored that the golf cart belonged to the NFL star.
However, sources later shot this narrative down. “Kim and Tom are friendly. She phoned him and asked him for his advice on Baker’s Bay,” Page Six reported. The outlet’s insider also confirmed that the golf cart was not Brady’s.
A separate insider told People, “They have friends and business partners in common, but are not dating. Kim is very focused on her kids, her businesses, law school, and preparing for American Horror Story, which starts production next month.”
That July, Kardashian and Brady both attended Michael Rubin’s party in the Hamptons. Although sources told People they “barely even spoke” at the event, DeuxMoi later published an alleged photo of them there together.
Rubin later told Entertainment Tonight, “Honestly, they’re just friends. It’s just the crazy rumors that get out there.”
What did Kim Kardashian say about Tom Brady at his roast?
Kardashian was an unexpected addition to the lineup at the Brady roast in 2024. “I wasn’t going to come tonight, but since I’m not here as Tom’s date, there’s still a good chance I might,” she began her toast.
After making the previously-mentioned joke about the dating rumors, she jokingly compared Brady to her stepdad Caitlyn Jenner, a former male athlete who has since transitioned into a woman. “I do know it would never work out. An ex-athlete, high cheekbones, slinky hair … you remind me too much of my stepdad now,” Kardashian said. “Part of me thinks you would try to undress me just to try on my clothes. I know the transition from the NFL must have been really hard, but I think my stepdad is a great example for you. She’s one of the greatest athletes in the world who’s proved you can do anything in this next chapter. You can become a commentator, a far-right Republican, or even a strong, confident woman.”
She then went on to joke about her late father Robert Kardashian’s connection to O.J. Simpson (Robert was on his legal team when he was on trial for murder in the 1990s). “Honestly, it’s hard for me to watch people roast you, but I think enough of my family members have defended former football players,” Kardashian said. “So I’m just here tonight to support you and celebrate you,” Kardashian continued. “I’ll give you the same advice I give all of my exes — good luck knowing the best is behind you.”
Brady took the stage later in the night and referenced Kardashian and her relationship with ex Kanye West in his speech. “I know Kim was terrified to be here tonight,” he said. “Not because of this, but because her kids are at home with their dad.”
