Not one marriage came out of Love Is Blind‘s latest season, but is it possible some of the cast found love outside of the pods? Fans of the reality series have started wondering if that might be the case for Season 9 stars Madison Maidenberg and Anton Yarosh.
“I think we just got confirmation that Madison and Anton from this season from Love Is Blind are now dating,” @artorwhatevs said in a TikTok video before describing their recent interactions on social media. The user pointed out that the two have posed for some photos together, and that Anton’s been hyping Madison up in her Instagram comments section.

Are Madison and Anton dating?
So far, Madison and Anton haven’t officially addressed their post-show relationship status, though Madison did cheekily respond to the speculation via TikTok. Not confirming or denying anything, Madison simply commented the eyes emoji and “lol” on the aforementioned video.

Her October 27 response came about two weeks after she spoke positively about Anton on the Love to See It podcast. “I’m very close with Anton, actually,” she said. “He kind of had my back at a get-together when Joe was there, and he kind of called Joe out. So, Anton, I call Anton one of the girls. He’s a girl’s girl. He’s such a good guy. Watching his edit, I was like ‘Huh, that’s not what I see.'”
Did Madison and Anton date in the pods?
No, Madison and Anton didn’t date in the pods — as far as viewers know. Anton got engaged to Ali Lima in Episode 1, so we didn’t see either of them speak with anyone else. The same goes for Madison and her ex-fiancé, Joe Ferrucci. We didn’t see them connect with any other contestants before they got engaged in Episode 3.
What happened between Madison and Joe?
Shortly after he went in for his wedding tux fitting in Episode 10, Joe dramatically left the building. He told production, “Let’s do this tomorrow. I gotta get the f**k out of here. I can’t do this.”
At the beginning of the next episode, viewers found out that Joe had a case of cold feet. He officially broke things off with Madison, telling her that he would say “no” if they got to the altar. “I was wanting to follow and keep going as long as I could,” he said, acknowledging that there was love there, but Madison wasn’t the right person for him. At the time, he didn’t give any further explanation regarding his change of heart.
Apparently, Madison hasn’t gotten any more insight from her former partner since. “We did end up meeting to get dinner, probably about two or three weeks after the fact, and we talked a little bit,” she told Swooon in an exclusive interview. “It was not normal. I still didn’t get any answers or clarity. And then he walks me to my car, and we’re saying goodbye, and we hug, and then we share a kiss, and then he starts tearing up. And it was a very confusing time.”
What happened between Anton and Ali?
Anton and Ali, on the other hand, did get all the way to their wedding ceremony. While Anton said “I do,” Ali couldn’t say it back. She told Swooon, “I think my biggest hesitation was not truly knowing who I was getting into a marriage with,” she said. “I felt that Anton in the pods really kind of sold himself as one person. Anton, in real life, with cameras on, was a different person. And Anton, with cameras off in real life, was another person.”
After their wedding didn’t pan out, they touched base at a pool party last summer. “We kind of both just said, no hard feelings,” Ali said. “We’re happy for the experience. It worked out how it’s meant to.”
She added that Anton did say something “strange” during that same conversation. “He had told me that he said yes, but he didn’t know what he would do if I would have also said yes because he wasn’t sure that that was actually what he wanted,” she revealed.
