During the Season 1 finale of Baylen Out Loud, Baylen Dupree‘s longtime boyfriend, Colin Dooley, surprised her with a stunning proposal in front of her entire family. Throughout Season 2, wedding planning was in full force. From Baylen’s dream of having an alpaca in attendance on her big day to her dad’s vision of having the ceremony in his backyard, it was clear that the road to their wedding day wouldn’t be as clear-cut as the couple had hoped. Shocking her mom, Julie, Baylen asked both of her parents to walk her down the aisle. Teary-eyed, she explained, “It’s been a lot. It’s been a lot the last five years.” She continued, “The only people that know that are my parents, so to have them walk me down the aisle, when five years ago I couldn’t even walk because my tics were so bad? It makes me feel whole.”

When are Baylen and Colin getting married?
Right now, Baylen and Colin have not announced their official wedding date. However, while celebrating the new year, Baylen did confirm that she and Colin are getting married in 2026. On New Year’s Day, she wrote, “So excited to be a 2026 bride.”

While looking at venues, Baylen and Colin asked about availability between spring and summer 2026, so we’d guess they’re planning to tie the knot between May and August of 2026. Having booked the venue, it’s clear that they have their sights set on this summer.
Ahead of Season 2, Baylen told Access Hollywood that fans might have to wait until Season 3 to watch them get married. At the same time, Colin confessed, “I don’t think we really want to sit on this engagement too long. I know that the both of us are really eager to get married.”
When did Baylen and Colin get engaged?
Baylen and Colin announced their engagement on February 11, 2025. To let fans know the big news, the couple took to Baylen’s TikTok to share their engagement and show off her stunning engagement ring. Colin said, “The both of us are very excited to officially announce to y’all that we are engaged.”

Where is Baylen and Colin’s wedding venue?
Baylen and Colin are getting married at a “gorgeous, private wedding venue on top of a flipping mountain.” Baylen explained that she felt really comfortable ticcing freely in such a secluded venue. The venue is near Roanoke, close to Colin’s family.
Throughout Season 2, the location of Baylen and Colin’s wedding had been a serious point of tension between the couple and Baylen’s parents. While Baylen’s dad, Allen, encouraged having the wedding in his spacious backyard, Baylen and Colin wanted to explore different venues. As Colin put it, “Baylen has really been working really hard to be more independent. Having this wedding in her parents’ backyard would be kind of like pushing her back into the fold.”
When Allen threw a last-minute engagement party for Baylen and Colin in the backyard, they definitely started to see his vision. Especially, once he brought out Scooby the Alpaca to the party. However, Baylen and Colin confirmed that they had gone with their mountain-top venue.

During the Season 2 finale, Baylen made it clear that Colin “would want to have babies yesterday with his timeline.” While Baylen isn’t ready to take that leap yet, she explained, “At the end of the day, we have to have a family on my terms because of my condition.” In the end, Colin admitted that Baylen was right.
Baylen also revealed to her mom that they had also talked about moving to London so that Baylen could use the Neupulse device on a daily basis, as it is not yet available in the States. Colin explained, “Giving you a better life means the most to me, so that you can live a happier life, and be a mom in the future.” That being said, for now, it seems like the couple’s biggest priority is walking down the aisle in 2026.
