Is ‘RHOBH’ Star Rachel Zoe Still Married to Husband Rodger Berman?

Are Rachel Zoe and Rodger Berman still married?
Zoe and Berman are still legally married, but they are not together anymore. They announced their separation in September 2024, and Zoe filed for divorce in July 2025, which would be right in the middle of when she was filming RHOBH. The divorce has not been finalized yet. She listed their date of separation as June 27, 2024, in the divorce docs.
“Rodger and I have come to the mutual decision to end our marriage,” Zoe wrote on Instagram when she announced the split. “We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together. Our number one priority has been and will always be our children. We are committed to co-parent our boys and to continue to work together within the many businesses we share. We ask for privacy during this time as we navigate this new chapter.”
Zoe and Berman are cofounders and co-CEOs of her company, Rachel Zoe Inc. Us Weekly reported in September 2024 that the split was a “long time coming” and did not emerge out of a “scandal” or “smoking gun.”
“Their main issues were mixing their personal and professional lives too much,” the outlet’s source said. “Rodger is the president of her company, so they had to have hard conversations about their marriage and about the business that weighed on their relationship.”
After spending summer 2024 apart, the estranged couple “realized they are better apart than together.”

At the time of their separation, Zoe and Berman were together for 33 years and married for 26 years.
The former couple met in 1991 while they were both college students at George Washington University. They got married in New York City in 1998.

Zoe and Berman are parents to two teenage sons, Skyler, born in March 2011, and Kaius, born in December 2013. “The kids are older now, so they felt more comfortable separating because of that,” Us Weekly’s source added.

Who is Rodger Berman dating now?
Following his split from Zoe, Berman started dating another stylist, Bree Jacoby. The pair went public with their relationship in September 2025. They confirmed their romance with photos on their respective Instagram Stories.
“I’ve got all I need,” Jacoby captioned another video of the two together, as well as an additional clip that said, “Endlessly thankful for you.”
What happened to Rachel Zoe’s son?
In 2020, Zoe and Berman’s older son, Skyler, was hospitalized after falling 40 feet off a ski lift.
“Sky fell 40 feet from a ski lift yesterday which could have been prevented if the operator had stopped the lift when he saw sky wasn’t on from the start and @rbermanus screaming to stop the lift.. needless to say by a miracle and the Ski patrol heroes who quickly put a mat under where they thought he would fall ultimately saved his life or from what could have happened,” Zoe shared on Instagram at the time.
Although Zoe and Berman were left “scarred,” she assured her followers that her then 9-year-old son was “fine.” Less than two days later, she shared a “miracle” update with fans, revealing that Sky was nearly back to 100% himself.
She even posted a video of her son assuring everyone, “I am doing pretty well. I could walk, I could run, and I could go upside down! But besides that, my neck is a little sore, but I’m doing pretty well. I’m doing pretty good.”
In March 2025, Skyler found himself back in the hospital after an E-bike accident. He was in a “ton of pain” after the incident, which left him with a “lacerated kidney,” Zoe revealed.
“For any parent deciding if they should get a fcking E-BIKE for their child DO NOT,” the Bravo star wrote on her Instagram Story. “I DID NOT and I am a hard no but Sky was on one and been in ER for 9 hours.”
