What Happened to ’90 Day’ Star Colt Johnson’s Mom Debbie? He Shares Update
What To Know
- Colt Johnson and his mom, Debbie, made their 90 Day Fiancé debut during Season 6.
- Debbie Johnson has become a fan favorite since her first season on the flagship season.
- Colt sat down with Swooon to give an update on how his mother is doing today.
Who could forget the first episode of 90 Day Fiancé Season 6, when we first met Colt Johnson, a software engineer living with his mom, Debbie Johnson, in Las Vegas, Nevada. From Debbie’s couch shopping trip with her son’s then-fiancée, Larissa Lima, to her (understandable) reaction when Larissa revealed she had flushed Colt’s engagement ring down the toilet, Debbie quickly became a fan favorite in the franchise.
However, Colt has gone on to star in more 90 Day Fiancé spinoffs like 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, 90 Day: The Single Life, and 90 Day: Hunt for Love, and we’ve seen less and less of Debbie. Naturally, this has caused fans to wonder what’s going on with the iconic 90 Day mom today. Don’t worry, Swooon‘s got you covered.
After Colt’s shocking appearance on 90 Day: Hunt for Love, where he — literally — fell for Cortney Reardanz, breaking his leg along the way, he sat down with Swooon to give a full life update. Colt revealed exactly what Debbie is up to today, who she’s dating, and where she’s living now.

“Debbie’s doing fantastic,” Colt revealed, beaming while talking about his mother. He explained, “She just recently got her Canadian residency card, so she’s there legal now.”
Fans may recall that Debbie started dating her current boyfriend, Tony Starcevich, after Colt’s ex-wife, Vanessa Guerra, convinced her to get back out there. Since Tony lives in Canada, Debbie has lived across the border for a few years now.
“She’s making great progress with her boyfriend, Tony,” Colt told Swooon. “They’re redoing their house, and adding a guest suite and figuring out a bunch of stuff, and it’s just really, really great.” While Colt and Debbie have definitely seen their highs and lows throughout their time on the franchise, he could proudly share today, “I’m really happy for them both.”
