The drama is coming in HOT on the new season of Vanderpump Rules, which features a completely new cast from the first 11 seasons. In November, a clip from the premiere episode, which was posted on Us Weekly’s Instagram account, was shown at BravoCon, and it showed some messy behavior from cast member Natalie Maguire over her ex, Paulo Gorsse.
“Paulo and I broke up three months ago, and we never had any separation, which is fine, it’s what happens when you date someone you work with,” Natalie tells Lisa Vanderpump. However, the reason for Lisa’s frustration with her bartender seems valid.
“You came here on your night off. That’s a night for separation,” Lisa points out. “And then you went after him. I’ve seen the table. You were relentless.” The clip then cuts to security footage of the night in question, with assistant manager Demy Selem explaining, “Natalie’s at the bar, wasted, screaming at Paulo, begging him to unblock her number. She has her finger in my face, saying, ‘You’re always against me. I can’t believe I’m being treated like this.'”

Who is Paulo on Vanderpump Rules?
Paulo seems to refer to Paulo Gorsse, who is an employee at Sur. Guillermo Zapata, who co-owns Sur with his wife, Nathalie Pouille Zapata, as well as Lisa and Ken Todd, has posted about Paulo on Instagram.
In the premiere clip, Natalie said that Paulo is “very private about everything,” which tracks with the fact that his Instagram account is private. His bio includes the quote, “Living the dream,” and reveals that he lives in Los Angeles.
Paulo has been fairly active on his Threads account in the past. In addition to working at Sur, he’s also a DJ.

On September 29, Paulo was involved in a “serious motorcycle accident that left him in a coma for 11 days,” his sister, Alejandra, revealed on a GoFundMe page.
“He is now in a sub-acute facility beginning his rehabilitation, and the doctors are optimistic about his recovery,” Alejandra shared. “Paulo is strong, motivated, and working hard to regain his strength and independence.”
Guillermo also posted about the crash on Instagram on October 1. “My dear friend Paulo has been in a terrible motorcycle accident and is now fighting for his life,” Guillermo shared. “In this incredibly difficult time, I ask everyone to keep him close in your thoughts and hearts. Please join me in praying for his strength, healing, and for the hands of the doctors caring for him. Paulo is a fighter — and we believe in his courage to pull through.”
He shared an update on November 4, adding, “Waking up and facing the reality of the accident has been incredibly difficult, but with the love and support of family and friends, he will find the strength to recover. The doctors remain optimistic about his progress and slowly returning to normal life, though healing takes time. I’m deeply grateful to God for His blessings and for giving Paulo another chance at life.”
