‘The Challenge’: Was Olivia Pregnant During the Final? Breaking Down Her Baby Timeline
Theo Campbell and Olivia Kaiser shocked The Challenge fans on July 6 when they announced they were expecting their first child together. At that point, it had been just over a year since they went public with their romance after meeting on Season 40 of The Challenge in spring 2024.
The pregnancy news came a few weeks before the premiere of The Challenge: Vets & New Threats, which Kaiser and Campbell both competed on. The show’s finale airs on Wednesday, December 3, and Campbell and Kaiser are two of the remaining eight participants: Kaiser is paired with Yeremi Hykel, while Campbell’s partner is Adrienne Naylor.
The timing has fans wondering whether Kaiser was already pregnant when she filmed Season 41 of The Challenge. Scroll down for everything we know.
Was Olivia pregnant during The Challenge Season 41 Final?
Yes, Kaiser was pregnant during the Final. In fact, she was carrying her child throughout most of Season 41.
“Just wanted to let people know that from episode 3 onwards I’m injured and Olivia is pregnant,” Campbell tweeted in August, seemingly revealing that he and Kaiser conceived their baby during filming. Production for Season 41 took place between February and April 2025.
Kaiser likely would not have been medically cleared to compete if she knew she was pregnant. “I did find out I was pregnant after everything was said and done, whenever I left, but it turns out, when we back track, I ended up getting pregnant Day 6 in the house,” she confirmed on the Death, Taxes, and Bananas podcast in July.
When did The Challenge’s Olivia and Theo have their baby?
Kaiser and Campbell welcomed their baby boy, Atlas, on November 20, 2025. They announced the news in a joint Instagram post the following week.

“Two weeks early and simply perfection,” the post was captioned. “Our little love is finally here, and he is the sweetest, calmest baby you’ll ever meet. We are so grateful and so in love. I can’t wait for this beautiful new chapter in our lives.”
Kaiser also promised that her birth story is “coming soon,” adding, “Huge shoutout to all the mothers out there — birth is NO JOKE.”
Since baby Atlas was due in early December, he was conceived at some point in March, which means Olivia was pregnant for a month when The Challenge wrapped filming in April.
Are The Challenge’s Olivia Kaiser and Theo Campbell still together?
Yes, Kaiser and Campbell are still together, as evidenced by the photos shared in the baby announcement post. Campbell was by Kaiser’s side in the hospital and affectionately kissed her in one of the images.
However, back in July, the couple revealed on the Death, Taxes, and Bananas podcast that they weren’t actually together when filming for Season 41 began.
“Long distance is hard,” Kaiser explained, referring to her residing in Arizona and Campbell living in the U.K. “I’m kind of a spiteful b**ch, so I’m like, ‘If I don’t get exactly what I want, goodbye!'” It clearly didn’t take long for them to reconcile once they got in the house, though!
Campbell also confirmed that he would be moving to the States for Kaiser and their baby. “I’m going to get a green card,” he said on the podcast, hinting at a future marriage with Kaiser, who made it clear she does not want to move to London.
Who is the mother of Theo Campbell’s first baby?
Atlas is actually Campbell’s second child. He’s also the father of a son named Aries, who was born in February 2021. Campbell shares the toddler with ex Sapphire Yhnell, a social media influencer.
Campbell and Yhnell briefly dated in 2020 after he split from fellow Love Island U.K. alum Kaz Crossley. They reportedly split before Aries was born. Aries lives with his mother, as well as Yhnell’s son from a previous relationship, in Wales.
