Season 12 of Vanderpump Rules premiered on December 2 with a brand-new cast of SURvers at Lisa Vanderpump‘s famed SUR restaurant. One of those cast members is Chris Hahn, a bartender at the restaurant whose cousin, Jason Cohen, is also on the show.
Chris moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting, but has since pivoted to wanting to break into the music industry, and he’s working at SUR as a stepping stone. And while this may be the first time Bravo fans are seeing him onscreen, he’s no stranger to reality television.
As Chris revealed during the premiere episode of Vanderpump Rules, he was previously a contestant on a dating show. But which one? Actually, there were two! Scroll down for everything we know.
What dating shows was Chris Hahn on?
Chris’ first dating show was Dated and Related on Netflix in 2022. The show features contestants teaming up with their family members as they help one another find love. Chris joined the show with his cousin, Jason, but neither of them found love in the villa, and they were sent home.
The reality star then became a contestant on Season 2 of Netflix’s Perfect Match in 2024. The show took place in Tulum, Mexico, and was filmed in August and September 2023.
What happened to Chris Hahn on Perfect Match?
At the beginning of Perfect Match, Chris had a connection with Too Hot to Handle‘s Dominique Defoe, but it did not last long. Chris and Tolú Ekundare chose each other as their “perfect matches” on the dating show, and, although he had a dalliance with Xanthi Perdikomatis, Chris and Tolú were one of the five final couples. However, they were not the winners of the season: Christine Obanor and Nigel Jones won the show.
Things did not work out between Chris and Tolú. By the time the show aired, they were not together. “We were not a couple. We were a match in the show,” Tolú, who originally appeared on The Trust, said on The After Curfew podcast in June 2024. “That is over, dead, done. He’s not even an ex. People keep referring to him as my ex, but y’all, we were never, ever dating. Ever. We were a match for, like, two weeks.”

She confirmed that they did “nothing more than kiss” during their time on the show, reiterating more than once that she and Chris did not sleep together.
Of her decision to keep matching with Chris, Tolú said he was simply better than the other options she had. “Even though he’s a f**ing dumbass, at least I know who he is,” she explained. “The devil you know is better than the angel you don’t. “I know this devil. I know his ins and outs. He’s not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but there’s a little flicker there that I can work with, I guess… If I win, I’m not going to go on a trip with a stranger. So I’m going to stay with this fool.”
After filming ended, Chris asked Tolú if they could keep in touch, but he took days to respond to her texts, which is when she cut him off.
Does Chris Hahn have a girlfriend?
Heading into filming for Vanderpump Rules in spring 2025, Chris was single. However, the show will document the start of his relationship with SUR hostess Audrey Lingle, according to cast bios. The status of Chris and Audrey’s relationship right now is unclear, as viewers will have to wait to see what happens between them on the show.
However, Chris hinted that he may be dating someone in a recent Instagram reel, which he captioned, “Entering a relationship after being single for 3 years.”
