Destination forever! Just months after going public with their romance, Destination X stars Ally Bross and Mack Fitzgerald have taken the next step in their relationship.
Bross announced on December 23 that she and Fitzgerald are engaged. Her fellow Season 1 cast member popped the question during a trip to Thailand.
“Fall in love again and again.. forever,” Bross captioned her Instagram post, which featured a carousel of engagement photos. Fitzgerald got down on one knee in front of a waterfall in Thailand. They were both standing in the water when they promised to be together forever.
Fitzgerald posted about the engagement on her account as well. “We’re engaged!!!!!!!!! betta luck next time boys,” she captioned her photos. She picked out a stunning engagement ring for her bride-to-be. Bross showed off her giant, pear-shaped diamond ring in one of the photos.
Destination X host Jeffrey Dean Morgan was thrilled about the news and how the show brought Bross and Fitzgerald together. “Well well well! Congrats kids! All the love, xojd,” he commented on Bross’ post.

Bross and Fitzgerald’s love story began on Destination X, but they didn’t get together romantically until after filming concluded. During her run on the show, Bross had a showmance with Shayne Cureton, and they dated for two months after the show wrapped.
After her split from Cureton, Bross started spending time with Fitzgerald, who lived close by. Soon after, they began dating. In a video addressing their relationship, Bross and Fitzgerald admitted that they actually didn’t even like each other when they were competing against each other on Destination X.
“I’m so so happy and so in love with the coolest, baddiest, sweetest, smartest, silliest, girly around. Never saw it comin. Shout out Destination X for bringing us together on some tarmac somewhere in Italy (apparently). I’m the luckiest Mack in the world. What a dream,” Fitzgerald wrote on Instagram in July.
