No, Madison and Bagans are no longer together. She confirmed their split on her podcast in 2025. Madison clarified that the breakup was “for good, for good,” acknowledging that they’d previously taken other breaks throughout the relationship.
“We were very off and on for the past year, very much,” she shared. “So we broke up. And, I mean, unfollowed on social media, which we’ve never unfollowed each other before through all the breakups.”
Why did Zak Bagans and Holly Madison split?
While there were clearly plenty of issues in Bagans and Madison’s relationship over the years, the Girls Next Door star dropped a bombshell about their split in May 2025.
“It’s a perfect day for me and not my ex who I just found out was cheating on me with at least three other girls,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “Never too late to find out! Lol.” She later shared a second post, adding, “Wait. The count is now up to four girls. And they all have major receipts.” By the end of the day, the number of women was “up to 7,” Madison wrote.
How long were Zak Bagans and Holly Madison together?
Bagans and Madison were together “on-and-off” for nearly six years. Their romance was first confirmed in June 2019. TMZ reported that Madison went to Bagans’ Haunted Museum in Las Vegas the previous month and sparks flew. The relationship began shortly after that.
The outlet also noted that Bagans and Madison had met prior to the May 2019 encounter, but were both with other people at the time.
